The interior was a little tired, the cleaning staff were slow (we called to ask them to take rubbish away and it was left overnight outside the door)

2 THINGS IN THE BEDROOMS, YOU NEED TO BUILD A WOODEN PLATFORM ON THE WALL OPPOSITE THE BATHROOM AS YOU WALK INTO THE BEDROOM. SO WE CAN PUT YOUR SUITCASES ON THERE. IT'S NOT NICE TO LEAVE THEM ON THE FLOOR! THEN YOU CAN PUT YOUR SHOES ETC UNDERNEATH OUT OF THE WAY. ALSO, EVEN THOUGH WE STAYED ON THE 17TH FLOOR AND GIVEN THE CITY VIEW., (THE VIEW IS NICE) BUT THE "NOISE" OF THE CITY TRAFFIC DOWN BELOW WOKE US UP AT 6.30 WHICH WAS VERY ANNOYING. WE WERE GETTING UP EARLY ANYWAY, WHICH WAS FINE, BUT NOT IF YOU WANTED TO SLEEP IN! MAYBE THE PARK VIEW SIDE IS QUIETER, AND WE WILL ASK FOR THAT SIDE THE NEXT TIME WE COME BACK.

THE STAFF ARE FANTASTIC AND VERY HELPFUL. THE ROOM, LOCATION NEXT TO THE PARK, WAS BIG FACTOR FOR US AS WE LIKE TO GET OUT AND WALK A BIT IN THE EVENINGS. BREAKFAST AND ALL THE OTHER FACILITIES ARE ALSO GREAT.

Nothing much to fault at all. If I was being picky to choose something, there was a deposit to pay that I was unaware of but that’s nothing out of the blue.

The rooms were a perfect size for two, very comfortable and very clean. Air conditioning was great and the views of the city and park were amazing. Highlight was the pool, spa and gym - all great and would recommend doing. The staff were unbelievably welcoming and helpful and made the stay much more comfortable. Food and drinks were reasonably priced and there was a lot of the menu for alcohol/soft drinks and lunch/dinner. The continental breakfast was amazing and it accommodated to all styles. It seemed like a great family and couple friendly hotel and I would stay there (or at another of their hotels) again in a heartbeat.

The room decor is pretty tired and rough around the edges for such a premium hotel. Everything needs a good scrub and new paint. There also weren't enough plug sockets near the bed.

Beautiful hotel. The shared/public areas are absolutely stunning. Pool was nice and cool and refreshing, with a pool bar/cafe and loungers. Staff were exceptional.

Nothing at all. We are bodybuilders so the gym wasn’t enough for us but we are used to that. There’s a decent gym across the street.

Absolutely loved this property. We stayed with our family of 5 with two connecting rooms. The pool is outstanding with a great bar and lunch options. Super close to the subway, it’s literally across the street. The breakfast buffet was the best we have ever seen, our kids were in heaven! Try the chocolate donuts. Rooms are also very nice and modern, staff is great and very hospitable. We’ve stayed at lots of 5 star hotels all over Europe and this was one of if not the best.

This is by far the best hotel that I have ever stayed at. Our flight got in at 5am and we arrived around 730 or so and were greeted with breakfast at a top notch chef level while we were filling our our check in papers with the staff. The welcome drink was also delicious and so refreshing after almost 30 hours of travel. From the amazing rooms and facilities to the kindness and precision of the staff in every direction, I cannot say enough about SO/ and I cannot wait to come back.

Taxi drivers

Wonderful location. Watch out for taxi drivers that want to rip you off! Breakfast was good. Fresh coconuts and other fruits were highlights.

Amazing hotel ! Without no doubt we found our favorite hotel in Bangkok! All the stuff are welcome and nice ! Our baby girl felt in love with the amazing Namtip that took a good care of us in the lounge ! My husband celebrated his birthday during our stay. The hotel surprised him at breakfast with a small cake and candel and when we returned after some shopping in our room there was a big cake !!! I'm more then happy and surprised for this adorable gestures . Amazing breakfast, amazing swimming pool and amazing rooms!!! We asked for a babysitter from the hotel to be able celebrate my husband birthday, the babysitter name Aen gave us really good impression , she speaks English and she was very lovely with our girl and next time we will stay we know who to ask for babysitting services ... thank you so much!!! Will definitely come back!
