Only the WiFi, it was good but not perfect — some parts of the room had none and occasionally it would drop out for an hour or so. However it was good enough.

Tan was the perfect host — friendly and helpful. Fantastic value.

Could improve on A/C system, the room had a ceiling fan and A/C but neither worked exceptional!

Property location was perfect, right across the street from a night market and a 5-10 minute walk to all amenities! Lots of restaurants, shops nearby & beach close to for a gorgeous sunset!

- people smoking weed on their balconies so not really being able to enjoy the pool at times and then the people next to us were smoking on their balcony which filtered into our room

- lovely staff member! He was so sweet and helpful - able to rent motorbikes (you need to - not much around the area apart from a few restaurants and a 7/11, but that’s just Koh Lanta really) - great-sized room - balcony area - swimming pool (shared with other resorts but wasn’t busy when we stayed) - near the beach - walkable (not the best though) - option for rooms to be tidied whilst there

The pavement and road directly outside needed care when walking and especially when raining.

Close to dozens of little local restaurants and an excellent beachside cocktail bar. The swimming pool was lovely and it was nice and quiet.

Mr. Tan was amazing! He's really helpful and very kind, always willing to help!. The hotel is quite central, very nice restaurants nearby and if you rent a scooter you will reach any destination quickly.

Beautiful property. Gorgeous pool and pool area. Room was huge and lovely, balcony space also huge and great. They even provided a washing line to hang wet swimwear. Lovely bathroom and shower. Staff very attentive, helpful, and friendly. Water and coffee was provided every day. Location was great for 7-eleven, restaurants, and beach. Perfect stay!

We loved our stay here and would love to come back! The room was incredibly spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the patio area/pool area is wonderful. In a great location close to the beach and lots of local little restaurants. Tan at reception is brilliant, he’s friendly and so so helpful. He helped organise laundry, scooter hire, day trips and transfers. We would highly recommend staying here.

I loved this place! Although Koh Lanta was quiet in general the time we stayed, it was in an ideal location. Restaurants and bars everywhere. Beaches were ok. Rooms were FANTASTIC for the money we paid. Absolutely loved. it was also quiet which meant we had the pool to ourselves most days and a SUPER comfy bed! thank you so much

The location- as it was a bit far from Old Town and there's no taxis like Bolt or Grab. The hotel do offer a taxi service if you ask but this is expensive. If your can ride a motorbike then transport will be very easy.

We booked a room with a poolside view. The room and the pool was lovely and it was very convenient. The staff were friendly and they gave us toilet paper, water and coffee daily.

Our only downfall was on our last night there was 8 screaming kids all from the same family still in the pool at 11:30pm and I was woken up by them again before 8am screaming in the pool again. This was no fault of the hotel because they have a policy of pool times 8-8 but I just got unlucky with obnoxious neighbour

Mr Tan the host is adorable. So nice and really helpful. Our hotel room was grand for what we paid for. It has slightly water damaged walls however it’s super clean, fresh towels, water, coffee and toilet roll each day of the stay. Less than 5 min walk to long beach & pool outside the door. Private balcony. Special price with the hotel for tours. Comfy bed and great aircon.

Would love to visit in peak season to see the beach ,but didn't matter still enjoyed our stay.

Like most other comments, we loved this place, great location and great staff. Would recommend this place. Was very quiet and relaxing. Beautiful Cafe a few doors up (3rd picture), and diner up the road. And nice simple breakfast that included fresh fruit.(Last picture) And Tan at the front desk can help with any questions or anything you need. Definitely would recommend and we would stay again.

Great property! Room was clean and spacious. The man working at the front desk was so helpful and incredibly kind. We booked a tour, motorbikes and transfer with him (all were great). We cannot recommend this place enough! Great value.

Front desk manager is so kind, professional, and helpful. He can arrange transfer to the airport as well as other day trips. Lovely accommodations with a beautiful pool in the center of the property. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Perfect stay, we were pleasantly surprised on arrival as the pictures don’t do this hotel justice, lovely room with very comfy beds. Friendly staff who helped book us a kayaking tour, pool was clean and the place was very serene giving us a lovely few days rest after long travels.

That we didn't stay longer!!!!

The staff were friendly and helpful. It was amazing value for money! We could hire a moped from the hotel. The room was big, clean, and a comfortable bed. A big bathroom. We had a balcony overlooking the garden, there was a line to dry clothes on. The pool was lovely to relax in, and clean. It was a two minute walk to the beach through the back of the resort. The beach was good to swim off at high tide, but not low water as there were rocks. Lots of great beach bars with good food. The hotel organised a snorkeling trip for us, and a taxi to our onward transport. There are cafes nearby for breakfast, an ATM and a little shop.
