Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesHad to pay extra to get a little bigger size room which I guess is not that much larger is size. Internet issues on a daily basis. Sometimes 2 to 3 times. Maintenance helped a few times. I had to reboot modem quite often. The modem and lines are old and may need to be upgraded.

ThailandHotel is very far from the main road if you have to walk on foot.
This is my 3rd time booking this place. The friendliness and kind help of the staffs make me choose this place over and over again. Coming with 2 elderly for hospital appointment, the place is wheel-chair friendly and in a walking distance to the Bumrungrad Hospital.

VietnamThe property is aging and as such wasn't as clean as it used to be (paint, joints and tiles in the bathroom) however, bedding, towels, toilets and sing were clean. Just cosmetically the place hasn't aged very well and could use an update.
Very close to the hospital. Super friendly staff. We've been coming once a year for the past 7 years and the staff is always so friendly and helpful.

CanadaThe room is quite small, and dark. The desk is very small and poorly lit. There is limited space to spread out to work. The hotel does not offer laundry service. The location if someone is looking for restaurants and shopping areas is a bit remote at the head of Soi 1. This hotel is mostly designed to cater for outpatients at Bumrungrad hospital, and they are ideal for that.
The room is clean, generally well maintained, and comfortable. WiFi works well and internet connection is fast and reliable. The location was ideal for me near Bumrungrad Hospital.
