The private pool needed cleaning and birds do hang around the pool but not a lot they can do about the birds

Good location overlooking Haad rin great views, we had the private pool which had good views the room was fantastic very nice and big , bed comfortable, the private pool also is a jacuzzi was nice but it did need cleaning when we arrived and you get a lot of birds around the pool but I’m not sure how the hotel can deal with that the main pool is really good and has great views staff are really helpful they shuttle you about and into haad rin the service is really quick. The breakfast is very good plenty of choice overall would stay again

My only feedback would be to have healthy options in the mini bar - mixed nuts, yogurts plus wine as an alchohol option

Nothing it was a solid 15 out of 10!

Everything! The hotel was hands down one of the best I have ever stayed at. It’s located about a 7 min walk up from Haad Rin beach, but if you don’t want to walk you can get a lift from the staff anytime you need. The views are spectacular on both sides, and I think they may just have the best view of the Haad Rin beach cove. Having your own personal pool is next level. The room is modern, big and comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Book this hotel you won’t regret it. The staff were so helpful in giving us advice on how to get around to other parts on the island too. Thank you SkyMoon we couldn’t be happier

Staff were so helpful and friendly especially the lady on reception. It is a little out of the main area but they have carts to drive you around the complex and in to town all you have to do is message them and they will pick you up and very promptly! You also get to use the beach at their sister hotel The Cabin which was beautiful and much nicer than the main beach in Haad Rin.

We had a pool, sea view room (we paid for a pool room but was upgraded to a sea view room for free!)- it was AMAZING!! The staff could not be more helpful- literally just message them on WhatsApp for anything; a free shuttle would pick us up from our room at take us to either beaches and pier for free!

Amazing hotel!! Honestly the best we had on Thailand. Great view. Amazing breakfast. The room is magnificent. Free taxi that the hotel arranged for us. I like that talking to the reception was trough WhatsApp, as you may know Thai people are not that good in English so the WhatsApp solution is amazing. Very clean and careful. Definitely recommended 🙏

after one minute of reflecting I could not remember anything that went wrong. And I am pretty critical on reviews ;)

The possibility of using facilities of both SKY MOON and the CABIN. On one side the party beach on the other the wild beautiful thai beach. The breakfast was amazing ( and healthy) as well.

I thought the resort itself was run down and was a dissapoinment but the hotel and cabin made up for what the resort laked for a 3 night stay

Everything. Room smelt like a spa on arrival and was spotlessly clean. The plunge pool was warm as was the main pool, which was also clean and showed signs of actual pool cleaning ie: chlorine Noise from beach in the evening was minimal, although we did not stay over the full moon party. Receptionist was friendly and came out to check on our stay everytime we walked past. Shuttle service was always available but we preffered to walk as it was only a short distance to the beach or the cabin. Cabin was lovely to sit and watch the sunset with a happy hour cocktail. Lovely enjoyable stay with no complaints

I can't think of anything

Everything about this place is fantastic - the staff are incredible and can tend to any need you may have. They are available via text through whatasapp and respond very quickly. It's up on a hill situated in-between Haad Rin beach and Sunset Beach so you have easy access to either location via the provided transportation (most people on this island rent a scooter, so, if you're not one of them, Skymoon might be a great option with easy rides into town and down to the beach). It's also far enough away that you can't really hear the loud music coming from Haad Rin at night but close enough that you could walk if you want (it is up and down some hills though of course, but, again, easy ride option provided by the resort negates the need to do that if you don't want). At the time of review, breakfast was provided down at Sunset beach at The Cabin resort (which is owned by the same people so you get to use their private beach and facilities which is awesome). It's a 3 minute golf cart ride down to it every morning. If you want, you can just stay down there and have a nice relaxing beach day and get a ride back any time you need. The Cabin restaurant is great including the provided breakfast. Be sure to order the Penang curry one day - it's spicy and as good as what I've received at fancier standalone restaurants throughout Thailand. It looks like they are building an on-site restaurant at Skymoon so if you're reading this from the future the breakfast situation might be different (I'm sure it will be great in either case though knowing how well both of these properties operate). The room was very spacious with a huge walk-in closet and the plunge pool outside felt bigger than it looked in the photos (it was neither hot nor cold, but did have jacuzzi jets in it too - very refreshing). The main pool at Skymoon has an excellent view and is absolutely huge.

Lovely resort, perfectly located woth view of tje full moon party spot, the staff were very nice and exteemely friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, especially loved the dressing room area, very nicely sized.

The room was not cleaned properly , once i actually had to ask them to clean it again but it didn’t happen . Altho you pay a lot , even an ice bucket will be charged around 100 bahts which is usually for free in most of the hotels i have stayed so far .

The location is super beautiful with a perfect view to the ocean and also to Haad Riin beach , infinity pool itself is a gem and the property is well designed in the outdoor area . Shower was strong and high pressure , bed was comfortable and the private pool is big enough
