The accommodation is nice, beds are lovely and a private pool is convenient. If u need some scooters, they will arrange it for you. The breakfast is served at the hotel the Cabin, its a bit further and they bring you with a gulfcar. All questions are answered immediately through whatsapp, they do everything what is needed for a pleasant stay

IsraelThe hotel is at a high level from the beach and overlooks it and the view from the pool is amazing. In general, the pool is the best part of the hotel, a beautiful and pleasant infinity pool. The problem is the height differences between the different areas of the hotel, which makes it very difficult to walk and the almost exclusive need to get around using the hotel's internal shuttle service (which is good and available). Going down to the lively center to the restaurant to the shops or massage becomes challenging, as the return is a very steep climb. There is a shuttle once an hour, but it's a bit annoying to adjust yourself all the time, especially when you're on vacation.
The breakfast is nice not beyond that. The variety is relatively small. The meal is overall fine but less than expected from a 4-star hotel

IsraelAbsolutely everything. We were a couple, the place is perfect, spectacular view, close to everything. Spectacular room. But most of all the best staff you will ever meet! We were sick and needed medical treatment in a hospital, the staff took us in a private vehicle of the place, they constantly took care of everything we needed, took and returned us to the hospital, and constantly asked how we were. In the end, they didn't even take money for some of the things they needed . These are people with the biggest hearts we have ever met in our lives. You guys are amazing and for that alone they deserve 10/10. We will recommend this hotel to all our friends who will travel to Thailand. They deserve it!

IsraelThe Haad rin location is a bit boring and far from the center of the island. Also, the private pool needs a better cleaning by the hotel.
The staff is so nice, and the room is clean and comfort. Also the hotel give a free service of shuttles to haad rin during the day. Overall the hotel itself is great and I recommend it.

LuxembourgThe gym is very limited. But there is dumbbells. There is an other resort (where the restaurant is) that also have a small gym. They have a few machines, but old and not much use. There is a gym in town, so all fine for me
Staff is super helpful! They booked me a scooter at a fair price, but that's not all. They drove me to the place. And when I needed to return the scooter I could return it at the reception. They then drove me to the boat (to Koh Samui). All in all, super service!

United StatesLocation was great. View was gorgeous. Rooms were wonderful. You could see all of Haad Rin beach and nighttime action from the hotel pool and room. Far enough to feel away from the craziness (during full moon party season) but close enough to make the walk as needed. The hotel offered a shuttle and the staff was very accommodating and easy to connect with.

Good location overlooking Haad rin great views, we had the private pool which had good views the room was fantastic very nice and big , bed comfortable, the private pool also is a jacuzzi was nice but it did need cleaning when we arrived and you get a lot of birds around the pool but I’m not sure how the hotel can deal with that the main pool is really good and has great views staff are really helpful they shuttle you about and into haad rin the service is really quick. The breakfast is very good plenty of choice overall would stay again
