No remarks, all is perfect.

Very cosy hotel with easy access to the beach yet down a quiet soi of the main street.. I liked the ambience, and the host couple does their utmost to make you feel at home. I rented a motorbike cheaper than I could find it anywhere myself through the hotel. Had my laundry done too, and it came back clean and press folded for a cheap price. The hotel is very clean and with updated and new facilities. My best recommendations for the hotel and the staff in general. I am definitely going to stay there again.

Everything Beautiful lady looked after the accommodation, so helpful. I'd recommend staying here especially for longer stays as the rooms are a good size. We had the ground floor room which was very spacious with a lovely private balcony.

I loved my stay here. The hosts are welcoming and the cleaners do a fantastic job as the place is spotless. They have a salt water pool which I much prefer over chlorine pools, so refreshing. The rooms are peaceful and the beds comfortable. The location is close to both main shopping malls and Hua hin beach, there's never more than a 2 minute wait for a taxi. Sue the host asked me" what can I do better" I honestly could not make any suggestions as everything was just perfect. She even arranged a cheaper motorcycle than I could find online...a great deal. I noticed a few returning guests during my stay and I will definitely be one of them.

The most amazing, clean hotel we have ever stayed in. The host Soo was so kind and friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Located in a great area right near BluPort Shopping Centre (with a big supermarket, shops, restaurants etc). The hotel is in a very quiet area yet walking distance to the beach. We were able to take long beach walks each morning before it got too hot. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were spotless. The pool and outdoor area was amazing and clean. I would rate this hotel 10/10

This is a superb place to stay. If you are concerned about security, comfort, cleanliness and location, well Sky Villa have them all. This place advertises as “adult only” in a few words it means no children

I just love this place.... nothing negative at all. This is my 3rd stay at this place. The owners are so wonderful and incredibly helpful. Quiet, very clean, and the location is spot on.... walking distance to beach, stores and restaurants. Very close to Bus Station. Not far from Train Station. Highly recommended for your stay in Hua Hin...... if you want to feel at home. Bonus it's for adults only......

What can I say about Sky Villa Guesthouse. Well for starters.... The Owners are truly Wonderful and Helpful. The place is fantastic... very quiet, extremely comfortable and the cleanliness is remarkable. The location is awesome for the beach in minutes, shopping in walking distance ( 2 Shopping Malls) and restaurants. Bus Station and Train Station are in distance..... I highly recommend this place to stay in Hua Hin......... I love this place so I extended my stay..... feels like home to me.

We had a seaside room but it was actually facing south and therefore the balcony was too hot. The poolside balcony would be better.

Close to shopping centers and not far from the beach. The staff was friendly and arranged a cheap and nice taxi to the airport.

In my tour of Thailand and Cambodia I've stayed in 7 hotels and this one is the only hotel im going to review. Spotlessly clean. Good sized rooms, amazing and helpful staff and close to a fantastic beach. It is quiet and peaceful, best nights sleep I've ever had in a hotel. Both Blueport and Market Village with walking distance. Market Village is a bit further away but the food court has more option. Other attractions have easy and cheap transport options.

Only thing was there was no food available and drinks. But the hotel opposite you could get some drinks and food.

The guesthouse was excellent the owners kept it very clean, lovely swimming pool very quiet but only 2 minutes from blu port shopping mall and close to beach.Natter the receptionist very helpful.

Amazing guest house, Kat and everyone were so lovely and friendly, very comfortable and very clean with relaxing balconies and the pool was beautiful. Stayed here for 7 nights just perfect!!
