One would expect more wardrobes/storage space as that room is for four and we really didn't have a space to unpack our luggage.

This is very nice hotel right at the heart of the Phuket Town. 5 minutes walk from the Sunday Night Market. 7eleven right opposite the hotel. The room is spacious, clean. The fridge has been filled up every day for free. We really liked the stay there.

We arrived slightly late at night and asked the hotel staff for places to eat but he was not so friendly and said everything was closed but only 7 eleven. We found out on our own by taking grab that there are a lot more places which are opened for dining after 10pm.

The location of the hotel was really convenient. Opposite the hotel there is 7 eleven, self service laundry, cafe amazon which is opened by 7am, a cafe right in front of the lobby and a spa next to it. The room size is really good and it is very clean. They have international plug which is really convenient. The room is very quiet and the surrounding is very safe. The hotel is not too far from Thalang road, which is a street market on weekends and it filled with rows of restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect. All within walking distance. If you are hungry in the middle of the night, 7-11 and Tops supermarket (both open 24 hours) are just opposite the hotel And the bed is firm which is to my liking :)

Nothing huge but they don’t arrange trips, so you need to spare time to book with agencies in the town or prior to your visit, I will suggest town as the prices and itinerary are way better English is not too great, so can be a struggle sometimes but honestly they try their best. Breakfast is set menu however they are so flexible and you can easily mix and match between options

Location is close to the old town ( a must go) within walking distance, and there is lots of tour agencies with reasonable prices Staff are super nice, we had a small issue with our room where the drainage were slow and they instantly changed the room and make sure we are comfortable and happy There is a spa next to the hotel which is really good and offer a discount to hotel residents.

The rooms are outdated and are in need of renovation. Look a little tacky. The blackout curtains are plastic and torn in places. The sink is in the room as there is no place in the bathroom.

The room had everything required including a fridge and microwave. Hot water kettle with green tea and coffee. Nice sized room with an individual room ac. Large double bed. 50% off at the spa if you are a hotel guest. Has a 7 eleven and money exchange right across the road and restaurants within easy walking distance.

The hotel doesn't have a pool. The room even though is quite spacious but there is no sofa/couch/lazy chair to sit and relax on rather just a massive wooden platform to sit on i believe, a small dining table with a wooden chair on which you cant really sit comfortably for more than 10 mins. There is no breakfast buffet just a pre set breakfast that they can deliver to your room for like 6 dollars. It's better to go somewhere in the old town and have something better.

The hotel is located close to the old town. The room was quite spacious and neat and clean. Amazing pillows i must say. There is a 711 and laundry service right across the road so it makes your stay pretty much convenient. There is a bus stop outside the 711, bus goes from there every hour to the airport in 100 baht and vice versa). Its close to the limelight mall outside which there is an evening market which has really nice things to eat and some souvenirs to buy. The spa affiliated with the hotel (Raintree Spa) was amazing too.

The rooms are great but also need to have the suitable accessories. The pillows were old and hard , the bed sheet on day 1 was torn and had to be changed after it was informed to the staff by us. This was least expected.

A great location and friendly staff. The property looks unique with its decor and set up. Located very close to old town market and other useful facilities makes it a great place to stay. The rooms are very different in lay out and give you a vintage vibe. It’s different but good.

I booked room with early check in, from 11 a. m. but when we got there they said that you can get it only if it's available, there is no guarantee you will really get it at that time. After some complaints we got at 12.

The bathroom floor slope on the shower wasn't into the drainage so there was standing water everytime we took a shower.

The hotel has a green area opposit to the hotel as only outdoor space. It would be a Nice place to sit. Presently, there is only a bench and a very dirty and filled ashtray. If I was the hotel owner, I would improve it right away

I love its location that be quite easily going to the old town by feet, just 10 minutes walking from hotel, 7-11 shop is opposite of the hotel. The atmosphere is good with surrounded with trees.

Breakfast itself is not that good. The juice is in a box and not very tasty and the pineapple is the worst I had in Thailand. Sadly there is no pool in the hotel, but you know that when making a reservation so that's no big deal.

Nice hotel with lobby and elevator. Rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated. Everything clean and functioning. WiFi and air conditioning without problem. Situated close to the city downtown or central bus station which makes it a perfect starting point for exploration of surrounding areas. Breakfast is delivered to your room at the time you choose in the evening before. There is a safe, fridge, microwave oven and a coffee set in your room.
