We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Outstanding rooms and facilities with a breathtaking view . The personal a special thanks to Nah , Peet, Nan and Took for their outstanding services and professional and welcoming attitude . Excellent breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant near the reception and lunch at the hilltop facilities is a must .

Saudi ArabiaI feel like they can work on the room cleaning service. I found some personal belongings on the pool and some biscuit crumbs on tables. There was a sliding door in the bathroom leading to the balcony that you cannot lock, which kept me one eye open all night, asked them to fix it, but they did nothing about it.
The view is crazy beautiful the staff are friendly room is amazing. I took the one with the ocean view pool. The breakfast was kind of breakfast/lunch very generous and delicious. You can order a buggy or food to your room through the application that they will help you download and I love that Luxuria aspect. I told them that it’s my birthday and they did a little arrangement. It was so heartwarming. Thankful for them. No bugs in the room which I appreciate highly.

Rainy, Elle, and Jannie were not only welcoming but also incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They provided great recommendations and ensured that all my needs were met, making check-in and check-out seamless. The transportation team, led by Sek, was equally impressive. They were always punctual and friendly, ensuring I could explore Phuket without any hassle. Their knowledge of the area was invaluable and made my excursions much more enjoyable. Housekeeping also deserves special mention. Son and Ankuh kept my room immaculate and always greeted me with warm smiles. Their attention to detail made me feel at home, and I appreciated their efforts to ensure my comfort. Overall, my stay at Sinae Resort was fantastic, thanks to the outstanding staff. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Phuket!

SingaporeBreakfast assortment was ok, but quality was average, at a 3 star hotel standard. Pastries looked too pale and not well-baked. Mini cakes which were exposed had flies hovering around them. Same thing as the cut fruits. Eggs Benedict which was done at the ehh station tasted off - the chef didn’t get the sauce right. Cooked food was on the salty side. Dinner was ok though. Exclusive couple dinner set which was promoted didn’t seem like great value based on the quality Spa didn’t get the temperature right - i was cold and gave the feedback twice. The aircon vent had spurts of cold air and loud gush of wind, alternating between this and low wind flow. Had to inform the therapist to use more strength as she seemed to lapse into a dreamy state after a while.

The check in in the resort is at 3pm and check out is at 12pm, so when we asked to extend for an hour or two they asked us to pay for half day, according to what the receptionist it the resort’s policy. Meanwhile in other resorts & hotels they’ll gladly extend your stay for an hour or two without charging you anything. 2. We gave it a shot to try dinner over there-the resort- but the food wasn’t that good.
The location is amazing and breathtaking. We enjoyed our stay so much and we thank all the staff were very welcoming and helpful.
