Amazing service, superb food, heartwarming hospitality and a clean and spiritual way of getting through the day. Pool is cleaned every 2nd day, food is always fresh and clean, rooms are cleaned twice a day and all of your wishes come true.

The hospitality of all the staff members is amazing. All of your wishes are made come true, especially when arriving. One gets a welcome drink, a warm towel, a bottle of sparkling wine and small pastries. Rooms are made twice daily, the pool is cleaned every 2nd day! Food and the view are more than superb!

Be aware that the resort is quite hilly. Golf buggies are readily available for those less able. We rather needed the exercise so it was good for us.

Beautiful peaceful resort. We stayed in a duplex pool villa with our daughter. The villa was stunning, amazing views. The staff were all so friendly and keen to make your stay as perfect as possible. A special shout out to Boom who really went the extra mile to make our holiday perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Just a note, not a big thing, some trees in the villa should let been grown a bit bigger for more privacy as some villas are close. Not a major thing, everything else was perfect

Everything is perfect, the villas, the pool, the cleanliness, the gifts at night, the views, the breakfast staff is very friendly too and the lady Manee is so kind, and bed is so comfortable

Having to queue for breakfast if you arrived around 10am - perhaps extend breakfast to later to avoid this? Only one bar in an evening, which was closed if weather was bad - need somewhere to go Service in Moon was very slow at dinner mostly Lots of mozzies - perhaps fog to make this less of an issue when wet

if one was to be picky, one could think that the painting might need refreshing. this is the only thing that comes to mind!

the breakfast was incredible with the large choice from different cuisines, great service and super friendly staff. the pools were anything we could have wished for. the room was very spacious and the bed was of great comfort with a dream view, each night we received local treats, we were welcome with a complimentary bottle of prosecco and little amuse bouche. this place demonstrates great hospitality.

One area for improvement during our stay was the English proficiency of the staff. While they were friendly and accommodating, clearer communication would enhance the overall guest experience.

My husband arranged a wonderful birthday surprise with a private BBQ, and the chef's skills were impressive. The breakfast was delightful with a nice view, and it was a relief to enjoy it in the comfort of air conditioning. Our private pool added a touch of luxury to our stay.

Everything was perfect from the time we checked in to the resort. Impeccable and polite staff who ensured a smooth and quick checkin. The villa was great, and the rustic and earthy charm was visible in the finishing of the villa. No mustiness, no smells, great ambiance. Superbly clean. Great selection of breakfast.

the room I stayed has some problem with the electricity. I asked the reception for the fix. They sent a male staff at night without female one accompanying, quite uncomfortable for female guests.

The room is spacious and clean. The amenities is well set. I love that the toiletry Byredo.!

The staff are very friendly. They always greet guests with a smile and make their guests happy. All staffs always keep the accommodation clean and take immediate action to ensure guests are comfortable. The food is varied and very delicious. Compared to other competing resorts on Koh Samui. Silavadee is considered one of the world's best luxury resorts!

All they wanted is their guest to smile. My words cannot describe how wonderful my experience was. I wife loved it Everyone was so so kind to my toddler as well. AMAZING BREAKFAST AND GREAT VIEW!

We sleep at the ocean front villa, the view is incredible, open to the sea just for you, perfect. The hotel and the room is little bit old, its less luxury, but still amazing villa and stunning view and amazing walk in shower and crazy big bath to. The staff of course is amazing and take care of everything. Breakfast is good but not amazing. But a lot of options.

The massage was pretty expensive and was not worth the cost. Room service is a bit slow, almost an hour to get the order. Crowded restaurant durring breakfast and, again, slow service. Up to 25 minutes to get coffee.

The room was amazing, stuff very friendly, and helpful, very good breakfast. Shuttle buses for free to chaweng and lamai. There are lots of complementary drinks and snacks in the room. Bed superrrrrr comfortable.
