We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The couple who run this resort are the nicest people I've met in Thailand! The people who clean the rooms, make and deliver breakfast and clean the groups are fabulous! I stayed a week, loved it! Set back from the main road, close to beaches and restaurants. Great spot!

The apartments were comfortable and clean. Tidy area, there are lots of beautiful plants and you feel like you're in the jungle. Nice service and delicious breakfast. It is a small place of paradise.

NetherlandsA cabin was a bit smaller than expected although we booked a deluxe. We could only put our daily clothing aside. The resort is a little bit far from restaurants and the beaches. 10 min walk to Main Street but with a scooter easy.
A lovely spot! The cabins were spotless with a small fridge, free water bottles and a comfortable bed and daily cleaning. Scooter rent. Arranged taxi as well. Very friendly staff!

AustriaFor us it was no problem, but the shower is really weak. There were no Mosquito Net on the windows or door. But at the time of our stay there were not a lot of mosquitoes.
We loved our stay in Siam Lanta Resort. At the end it felt a little bit like home and it was really difficult to say our goodbye. Especially our 10 month old one loved the room, the pool and everyone who worked there. We will definitely come back.

Canadahard beds are common in Asia and I don’t usually mind, but this one was a bit extreme 🙃
the owner/manager couple, and the rest of the staff, were all so lovely, anticipating every little need and always with a ready smile. the location is very quiet, but not far from Nin Beach and all necessities (scooter rental available on site) the room and grounds were kept immaculately clean even though other guests were there at the same time, it felt very private

Had a great stay at this resort. The quality/ price is very good. We had one of the small rooms, but everything was clean and new. Very nice and relaxing pool area. Surrounded by vegetation. Owners are super friendly and dedicated to make your stay better. Great location, towards the south of the island, where all the nice beaches and restos are.

PortugalThe hotel is located right in the middle of the island, and not on the main road, which makes it a very relaxed and quiet place - and still very close to everything (supermarket, restaurants, beaches). The staff is the best, they treated us really well and were very helpful (they even helped us select tours and choose the best one). We were able to rent a motorcycle for several days and if anything was out of place they would immediately check and fix it. The bedroom is one of the best we found in Thailand so far, it really made us feel at home - it was impeccably clean, well kept and the amenities were really comfortable. The swimming pool adds a special touch to the resort, although we barely used it. It was truly special to stay here, we hope to return again someday! All the best to Areena and her staff!
