Truly nothing

Wow this place is unreal. Located right in the middle of soi 5 Pratamnak. In the middle of all the shops and bars and restaurants but not noisy. 100m to the lovely beach. The guest house is great with an integral bar, pool table etc. Open till 1am. Staff so friendly and warm. I mistakingly booked a family room but it was only me!! 2 lovely bedrooms. 2 balconies. Bathroom plus an additional toilet on the balcony. Really big rooms. Lovely L shaped sofa. 3 tvs all with Netflix etc. It would be a really cool place for a family or two couples etc. Really great price. Very clean. Everything on the doorstep. There's even a lift! This is in a beautiful area about 2kms from Central pattaya but without the hustle and bustle. Very close to Beach Bum Bar and The 3 Mermaids which are both sensational especially for sunset.

Right on the main road, traffic and some of the places in the neighborhood can be noisy at times.

Conveniently located in the center of Pratamnak, close to restaurants, bars, and convenience stores. Basic but very clean rooms. A/C and internet working just fine. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

First night was kind of loud outside, despite being a Monday. Had a nice quiet evening the following day.

It's close to the beach area that isn't crowded. A wide variety of restaurants and shops around the area to choose from.

The instructions about where to enter or leave the house after the lobby bar closes or before 8 am would have been nice. We got the knowledge after 2 weeks of staying there. The linen were worn out. Very hard beds.

I didn't care much for the design of the shower as it was difficult not to get water on most of the bathroom floor (which then made it a slipping hazard) - but it seems many bathrooms have this same design so I don't know that the property could fix this. The booking information indicated that the property accepts payment by credit card; however, when I arrived I was told me that they only accepted cash - so be sure to have sufficient funds (including a 1,000 baht deposit for the key).

The location was very convenient and the bed was comfortable. The wifi was excellent - which I appreciated as I did not feel well for most of my stay so being able to be online and stream movies was helpful. I've seen other reviews commenting about noise - maybe because I was on the 4th floor it was different but I didn't really have an issue with any noise (and normally late night bar/street noise is a problem for me).

Bed is not very comfortable and bed sheets are terrible, they’re made from plastic. Impossible to pay via credit card despite the fact it was mentioned in questions and also in hotel description when I booked.

Room is great for the price. It has plenty of sunshine and balcony. Location is also great close to beach but also not so far to main road. It is clean and over all good value.

Nothing could have been better...

I didn't eat at the hotel. So many choices of local eateries and pubs. The room was large and modern with a balcony with partial sea view. Clean and comfortable. All the staff were very polite and friendly. I expected a small room because the price was so low. Surprised to find that everything surpassed my expectations. Not one single problem. I will definitely go there again.
