Nothing! We had a bit of issue with the wifi, but not enough to not give it a 10/10!

The staff were amazing! They helped us organized our activities, and even recommended really delicious restaurants. Everything you need is on the property or near by! They also have super friendly cats roaming around the hotel which is a plus for us!

Everything was great

Enjoyable stay at this lovly family run establishment. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. A very short walk to the beach, pleanty of resturants all around. The guys who are running the place are very friendly and helpful. You can hire scooters and they can also arrange transport if you need it. Would definitely recomend and stay again when in Kho Lanta

This is definitely a more private lodging experience. I actually enjoyed this, but if you want something more social, you might want to try traveller lane.

The room was clean and spacious and quiet. AC worked really well (and was needed!) I liked the location because it was close to the main street for any early morning pickups, although some might not like this because it is farther from the beach (it's about a 3 min walk to the beach). The owner and helper were super helpful in organizing any day excursions or taxi pickups that I needed, and always around if you needed them.

Location was perfect, stayed here 6 nights. Staff are very helpful Suzan & Bang. Beach is just 5 minutes from accommodation. Rooms are spacious and very clean.

Not a flaw but set taxi prices instead of estimates would be easier for guests.

Clean, spacious rooms and daily cleaning was great. Really close to the beach & a fruit shake stall. Susan is amazing for helping out with anything you need. The motorbike rental was super easy for trips to 7Eleven & Old Town. Lots of beautiful cats.

We had an extremely clean and well kept room. The location was also really nice. Super close to the beach as well as mini Markt and restaurants. One of my favorite places in Thailand. The staff and owners of the place were also so so nice and helpful.

It would be great to see glass bottled water in the Fridge for people to help themselves instead of the plastic bottles. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Susan was so welcoming and friendly. Bungalows are just a few minutes walk from the fabulous beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. I totally recommend a stay in SER-EN-DIP-I-TY - SHA Extra Plus.

We had our laundry done with a same day service and unfortunately didn’t unpack until we got to our next destination, but when we did we found the clothes had shrunk and also had a mould smell. It may be worth checking how they dry them beforehand and waiting longer if need be.

Amazing location, super friendly staff, big clean rooms with good air con. The staff helped us get a good price for tours and onward travel, also rented us a scooter. We stayed for 3 nights and immediately upon arrival enquired about stay longer but they were (understandably) fully booked. So if you’re hesitating, do book longer!

We were welcomed in the most perfect way. There were mussels from the market and Bang the outstanding owner cooked them for me and Suzanne,the lovely lady who lives there and helps you with everything. The bungalows are spot on in terms of price/quality. Spacious and very clean. Close to one of the two best beaches. The bungalows are spacious and have a big fridge,comfortable bed and nice warm shower. There are plates and glasses and beer/wine opener. Plenty of plugs and even on the balcony there is a plug! You can rent a scooter and they will help you organise tours. You just can't go wrong with this marvellous place! Restaurants, supermarket, ATM and even a pharmacy all within 5 minutes walk.

One of the best accommodation in Thailand we had - very clean, the bungalow equipped with anything you might need - a hairdryer, a fridge (an actual, working one), electric kettle, cups, etc. Very good value for money.

The best environment you can have.Susan and Bang were soooooooo nice!I would choose this hotel again if I come to Kho Lanta! You can do all the things here,car rental, one-day tour, airport transfer and so on.

Everything, the room was exceptionally clean. the staff were polite and helpful. The owners / Manager were extremely helpful. My partner came off her scooter and they helped with staying an extra night and directing us to a clinic. we hired the scooter from them, no concerns about any damage only that we were ok. also arranged travel to Phuket at a great rate. location is great, close to the pier and three minutes to walk to an amazing beech with restaurants, fire shows and the best sunset. This room beats any £100 per night stay anywhere.

You get what it says on the tin and that's all I want! There are limited facilities but likewise that's obvious when you book and with restaurants close by and a superb beach and sea it doesn't need them.

Stayed for 2 nights, Close to the beach and easy access. Staff were great and very welcoming. Room was a good size and met expectations. Would liked to have stayed longer.
