We paid a price including breakfast and the choice is very limited…we also could not eat anything as I think the kitchen/food storage must be located close to some camphor so everything tastes of moth balls and it’s impossible to eat…no complaints about the resort I think this is an issue to be solved by Vagga bar which is the beach bar that hosts the breakfast.

Island as a whole is hard to get around, with only one taxi company, it is expensive to get anywhere.

Lovely hotel, right on the beach. Nice to have both a pool and beach. Rooms were very spacious but not quite like the photos. Overall a good stay.

Rooms were a bit outdated.

Everything on the exterior was nice, modern and clean. Facilities, reception and the coffee bars were lovely. Reception staff were always helpful. Direct access to the pool was good (if you were on the ground floor apartments) perfect access to beach. Haad Yao area was one of nicest areas on west side of island with plenary of modern and traditional places to eat/ get coffee.

The cooked breakfast (set A) was not the best but the alternatives are much nicer so not a problem. The pressure of the shower isn't very strong but there was plenty of hot water.

The room didn't feel very clean, the stream in the shower was very weak (and cold), and the bed was so uncomfortable. Also the chairs in the balcony are the most uncomfortable chairs I've sat on.

The beach is lovely, we also loved the pool and the hotel location. Their bike rental is easy and fair.

Amazing location right in front of the beach. Very quiet and relaxing area. Swimming pool open till late was a great bonus. Great value for the price you pay.

The room (202) was a bit worn out, could do with a new coat of paint and a new TV (film off).

Great location, everything easily accessible by scooter. Exceptionally friendly and courteous staff. Great bar, great beach with incredible sunsets. This stretch of beach is great for snorkeling at high tide, watching colorful fish and small squid.

Not perfect but still very good. Staff are exceptional, pool is great, location lovely. Restaurant ok - better options close by but more expensive. Good choice for those with children. Great value - Would definitely recommend.

The rooms could be better but honestly with its location you won’t be in the room very much to care! Safe and tv both didn’t work and the room would look better with them removed as they were visibly damaged.

Location is incredible, pool area and beach bar are lovely! Reception staff were super friendly and helpful!

The restaurant was a bit on the pricier side and didn't have happy hours on drinks. Our air-conditioner was very squeaky and we couldn't sleep. After the 2nd complaint, they moved us into a new room.

Great location. Comfiest bed we have slept in, in South East Asia. Staff were lovely and arranged tours and taxis for us. The pool straight in front of the room is fabulous. Loved the location on quiet Haad Yao Beach. 7 Eleven, ATMS and money exchange.

The property looked a bit better in pictures than it did in person (specifically the rooms)

The room was clean-ish. The mattresses in our room were old, firm and we could feel the springs. The bathroom set up is nice, but not in great condition.

Everything a little old, but for the price compared to other accommodations in Koh Phangan fine for us. I think it depends on what you expect. It is not an high end resort, but it's good for what we payed. During Foolmoonpartytime everything is more expensive.

The really big pool, the big comfy bed, big room, new towels every day, when we asked for it (every second day if you don't ask). Everything was really clean. AC was working well. The pool access from the room and the view into the pool area.

The room is very very basic. The room vas a bit dark and there were not enough lights (maybe some didn’t work, either way not bright enough)
