lizards were coming in and out of my room through the baseboard cracks. shuttle bus is not operating to either beach so you spend a lot taxiing down to beaches if you don’t have a car. have to cross very busy highway with blind spots to get to one half of hotel, was very dangerous. expensive restaurant.

Loud noises almost every night from the room above us. Suspect renovations taking place or just noisy guests. Asked staff numerous times to sort this out to no avail. This put a sour taste to the otherwise enjoyable stay.

The surroundings of the place are rich in plants. However, they need a more loving hand to care for.

My room was dilapidated, to say the least. The roof in the bathroom leaked onto my head when I used the toilet. The basin tap rolled like it wasn’t even attached. I asked to move and the next room was better. When my room was cleaned while I was out the bathroom taps were left on and the bathroom was wet all over the floor. I had food from room service left outside my room for days even though I let reception know. I ordered room service it just didn’t arrive. And of this would probably be easier if a single phone in the hotel worked. The pool and pool bar are never manned or looked after and half the ‘resort’ looks abandoned. Do not stay here.

I recently stayed at this property and was deeply disappointed. The room we were initially given did not match the pictures online, and even after being moved, the quality was far from what was advertised. Despite a promotional rate suggesting a luxury experience, we faced numerous issues: ants in the bed, shower, and balcony; ineffective air conditioning; grimy windows; unclean entrance; and a blocked toilet. These problems significantly detracted from our stay, leading us to check out early and find another hotel. This experience was not what we expected from a property, especially given the high price point suggested. I hope future guests won’t face similar disappointments.

Would not recommend this hotel. We booked a ocean view and they gave us a sea view room. We called and told them we had the wrong room. They said we only booked a sea view. I told them that I was looking at the booking and it was ocean view. They said okay and that they would send the shuttle. We waited for the shuttle outside for 5-10 minutes and went back in the room to call again. When I called they said we booked a sea view room. I asked for a shuttle, when we got to the lobby they just gave us the key to the ocean view room without saying anything to us. Besides that stuff was good.

Two things, but not biggies for me, however can see how these could be serious issues for others. (1) Crossing the road at peak hours better if avoided, still I would prefer to be located on the ‘road side’ of the resort (better views, especially from the pool); and (2) beach at resort is not for swimming, snorkelling yes. This is the ideal place to relax for a few nights after experiencing the hustle and bustle of Patong and surroundings. Loved it.

Absolutely gorgeous. Suits the romantic, adventurous couple. Secret sunset. Loved the views, walks, rocks and morning views from breakfast. Staff were friendly and kind.

I didnt like the fact that they switched our room and tried to say that they upgraded it when they actually downgraded it. I didnt like the fact that the hot water didnt last long. I didnt like the fact that the mattresses were really really hard like sleeping on stone. The cooking was sub par but they had diversity. The overall cleanliness and condition of the hotel needed renovations and didnt look like the pictures.

We liked the location and breakfast was alright, it had diversity. The staff were pretty good. I liked that they also listened to our requests, if we wanted something the staff would do it. I like that there was a tv with a signed in netflix account to use.

Hotel itself, terrible service, we ordered food at the restaurant and it took 2 hours to deliver, and even with the wrong order, food full of oil. The room is poorly located, completely different from the photos, with a musty and dirty smell. Air conditioning made a lot of noise and gave off a bad smell. Bathroom without shower stall.

Only the view from the restaurant is beautiful and the pool has a panoramic view !

The list is endless. All the staff were unhappy and unhelpful. Everything was a chore for them, which is so unlike the happy Thai people. The location of the hotel online is deceptive. It implies it is close to a/the beach. It is not. You are at the mercy of the Phuket Taxi mafia. The resort is spread across a very busy road. Which is trecherous to cross as a pedestrian. The gradient up to the villas is extremely steep and again trecherous. Getting a "shuttle" ride is very hit and miss. 300baht for 2 small bottles of water. When I complained about that, the guy at reception laughed in my face They see tourists as Cash Cows and milk you accordingly. All of the guests were complaining about something or other. Breakfast was a joke. I was refused a Tea bag to attempt to strengthen the dishwater they presented as Tea. You can get much better accommodation, in a much better locationin for less than this place. Avoid at all costs, until they sort their act out.

Hmmm, Im going to try to be positive here because this hotel is frustratingly bad, but so close to being good. We didn't get the room we booked from the photos. It was smaller and didn't have a shower as advertised. Over sold and under delivered is a bit of a theme here and if as much effort and attention to detail was given to delivering on the promises, it would be amazing. I did complain about not getting the room I'd booked but there was no offer of returning the price difference. One of my key disappointments was not having a shower. There's a lovely corner bath with seat and a shower head attachment that comes up to your chest, just, and so the only way to shower is to sit like a garden gnome and wave this thing over you. I'm really not sure who wants a bath over a nice walk-in shower... the photo shows a shower head on a hook on the wall, at approx the correct height. That's not what you get. There was a huge mirror on the bathroom wall, about three steps away from where it's needed, above the wash basin. Shaving was quite an event. I haven't mentioned the fact that our room was across the road from the main hotel facilities and one has to run the gauntlet to avoid being hit by the various vehicles flying round the bend as you cross the 4 lanes. I think they missed this in the photos. The food was actually quite good, but the service just a disaster. Breakfasts are self service and ok, but our first lunch was spoiled by having to wait 20 mins for a drink and then having to get it ourselves. It was my 60th on the second day and we risked dining there in the evening after an amazing day out on boats. There were about 6 people dining and things went quite well. The hotel is quite a way from anywhere so it was Hobson's choice. There were about 10 people the next evening and after about an hour, I was served half of my meal and waited a minute or 2 for the other half and my partner's to arrive.

Lovely hotel with so much potential. The food from the menu, when it arrived, was generally good. The pool was nice.
