Walk distance to the beach and beach promenade. Very helpful owner. She sold to us a 3 trips for a price about 30% lower than retail price was. If you are on lower budget and want to explore islands than this accommodation is for you.

This is a great place if you are looking for a quiet area in close proximity to the main attractions. Everything is in walking distance and the essentials are very near by. It is a safe and simple place to stay with the basic service, facilities and comfort levels we paid for.

Big, clean room with balcony and view of greenery and a bit of the sea. Definitely for anyone looking for some quiet time and a space to themselves. No frills type of place owned and run by a local lady, Pong. She may seem unsmiling at first but she definitely tries to help and took me to a local market when she found out I was in search of local food! Highlight of my time in Ao Nang:)

Needs more bedding, blankets etc. Stairs to the top floor very steep and narrow.

Great location. My room had a fabulous sea view. Comfortable, large and clean room. Hot water shower, big bathroom. Good aircon. Large fridge. Kettle was provided on request.

False advertising. The AC which being necessary isn't on during the day when mostly needed. She said she turns on at 5pm. At 630pm we had to find her to ask her to turn it on. Also the big screen TV which was a selling point didn't work at all. She didn't bother to mention to us at all or change our rooms.

Very nice host. She let us briefly use her scooter to get some Nam tom. And use of umbrellas. During storm rain season.

There was mould in the tile joints in the bathroom and the mattress were rock hard.

The location was perfect, a seven eleven is on the other side of the road and very good places for food are close by, as well as the beach. It was relatively quiet on the balcony. The owner was really nice.

the stairs are too narrow and there was no sign for cleaning or don’t disturb the room,they just come in & do the room even if you don’t want your room to be done for safey reason and they hang their personal clothes on our veranda when we came back in the afternoon.

A few stairs to walk up which was no problem at all, just something to note if you have problems with that.

Budget room met expectations - the room is simple, no frills but it is clean, has aircon and is a great location to town/the beach, resturants etc are very close. Check in was easy and the owner was helpful. There was a fridge too which was helpful. Great for a short cheap stay.

Firstly, the TV didn't work, so we couldn’t watch television during our stay. Secondly, there were ants everywhere, including tiny insects on the bed, which was pretty uncomfortable. Additionally, the thin walls made it difficult to have a quiet and peaceful stay, as guests could hear everything going on in the stairway. Lastly, the lack of privacy was a major issue, as you could be seen in the shower from the next flight of stairs, making it uncomfortable to shower.

Firstly, the location was excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Additionally, the bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. Finally, we were able to upgrade our room with AC.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff (especially Miss Phong). I had a nice big room, but no window (but this was because it was on the ground floor, and I’d indicated that I sometimes have difficulty with stairs). Close to restaurants, shops, riverfront, etc - in fact it’s in the middle of a very touristy area. They provided free coffee, water, and fruit, which was wonderful, and arranged all bus tickets and onward travel for you if you asked. OK, this could have been more expensive than booking independently, but well worth the extra baht to avoid the hassle! Good value for money - just 500 B a night at high season. I’d definitely recommend it.

from the toilet came very bed smell but i belive is something very common couse is not the first time it happen to us, but soon we make the cleaning lady aware of this she came and somehow fix the problem .. so it wasn’t a big deal after all

perfect position, you have everything you need in every corner, the room was clean we had fan and air conditioning as well. the staff was really nice and always ready to help. i recommend this place
