The rooms were quite unclean and in need of a  thorough cleaning. Spider webs adorned walls. I had to clean the extremely dusty bed headboard. Two pillows are included.  You will be charged 20 Baht for extra pillows,  and you will be responsible for paying  for any toiletries.  Bar area tables are covered in ants  and are filthy. Dirty dogs everywhere in the  resort,rats behind the bar.  Breakfast was decent, but it might have been  more varied. The resort takes fifteen to twenty minutes away from the center of hua hin. Sadly, I will not stay at this resort again.

Upon arrival, check-in took less than 5 minutes. We arrived at our room, which was super spacious. Bar staff is super friendly as well as the receptionist. Unfortunately, due to the staff limited English, we were not able to communicate with them. Big resort.

The room would benefit from a deep clean! It was cleaned on a daily basis and clean towels! But!When you look closely at the the details it could do with a spring clean and/or refurbishment. Our room had a patio but sad to say the garden that we overlooked was let down by litter! The rest of the gardens were maintained to a high standard. The overspill car park is like a rubbish dump! No bins and not cleaned in the 17 days we were there. A great pity.

Had to get the room changed because of workmen, poor breakfast with uninterested staff. Nowhere to eat and no bar. Not clear when booking which ended up with us in Ocean Wing instead of the hotel next to the golf course!

There was an annoying sound from the airconditioner. It sounds like a dipping water or a short circuit from the machine outside.

Breakfast staff were lazy and did not keep things updated as in glasses and food and utensils. Lack of items norfound in big hotels

The hotel is spread out over a wide area, so do pay attention to where the room you book will be located. Whether in Suanson 1 (main building with better pool, beach bar and other facilities) or Suanson 2 which is almost 1km away and has lesser facilities (but better rooms). Cleanliness is so-so and pool towels were not provided on either of the two days we spent there, with different lame excuses each day.

Beach front location and nice sea view from the room. Located very close to Suan Son Pradipat train station with direct connection to Bangkok-Hua Lampong.

Hotel is frequently used for corporate teambuilding though it didn’t really bother us. Small market place nearby, otherwise own transportation is required to teach restaurants & shops.

The Breakfast at the Seapine has many set backs, There is Little available in a Proper Breakfast European Guests like, and are used too when on Holiday, the main Breakfast offered is Thai food, with some Eggs available, fresh fruit is very nice however not covered which keeps the Flies happy, Tea & Coffee certainly needs improvement, Jams need Tobe coverd because there are a lot of Flies around at Breakfast , As a Guest l should not keep asking for various things at Breakfast which made me not Bother with Breakfast most of the time, Breakfast could be so much Better for European Guests with, Hot Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Proper Sausages and not Frankfurters, a choice of Egg Dishes. These are all minor things which need tobe addressed for European Guests, some Evening meals were also poor Quality when ordered from the Guest Menu, too spicy with Chicken and Cashew nuts over cooked, Very Little choice of Drinks available with a Evening meal order, only Large Bottles of Beer, Spy Red Wine could be ordered from Seapine 2,, Seapine Recreation Centre 1 these Drink choices were not available., not enough Umbrellas around the Pool area Pool Towels are kept mostly behind the pool reception, they should be visible for Guests to use around the pool.

The Hotel is very nice with excellent Staff who are warm and Friendly, the Location opposite the Sea is very nice indeed, Many Staff at the Seapine do not speak English, except for the Reception Team, l think this is due because most of all the Guests are Thai, very few Europeans at the Seapine. Let's hope the Lovely Staff there try to Learn English which would Benefit the Hotel a great deal. and of course the European Guests. and Themselves.

The drink selection was poor. No cocktails no spirits. Not great for a hotel. The taxi from Bangkok took far too long (4 ours plus) and is probably a reason not to re-book. It would have been useful to have been aware of the VIP coach service beforehand which would have saved money and was probably quicker and more comfortable than the taxi.

Location was excellent. For a western palate breakfast was only ok. Views from the apartment were excellent.

It was little things, like I ordered a Magarita the first night, but when I ordered one the second night, the girl said it wasn't available. The TV didn't work properly, and there were no power points near the bed, even though it was advertised. I didn't expect much because of the low price, and what I got met my low expectations. The breakfast options were poor.

Too isolated from the town so felt trapped and at the mercy of taxi drivers who overcharged. Some reception staff staff could be more helpful. Breakfast was mediocre, fried eggs were always undercooked.

Relaxing location, spacious rooms with a small bathroom. Large property was well maintained although is starting to look tired.
