Very nice 2 bedroom villa, which has 2 separate bathrooms. Great hosts, who sre happy to assist you during the stay and of course delicious food in their restaurant. Picturesque garden!

The owners are absolutely superb. Even went out of their way to take us to the port after the taxi we had already booked let us down at the last minute. Can't recommend this place enough. Paradise, so relaxing , amazing family owners went above and beyond. Never forget this place and people ❤️

Remote country setting in beautiful gardens, 5min walk to a stunning empty beach for a perfect sunset. On-site and beach bar restaurant plus local vendors and a 7/11 close by. Loved the peace and tranquillity.

The staff was amazing, making you feel at home. You could easily spend a few week to a few months here. The property is well looked after and beautiful layed out. There are 2 beaches close but and does take around 10-20 min walking.

I would like to start with the hosts, Kuntalee and her husband - they were absolutely amazing, kind, and helpful with whatever you wanted. The bungalows were clean, the place to stay calm and relaxing. The hosts helped me with renting a bike. If you wanted, you could place an order for a continental breakfast the day before. Prices are a bit higher, but it tasted very delicious. Absolutely lovely experience, highly recommended!

Very friendly and really supportive host. They have a small restaurant where you can get delicious Thai and Italian homemade food fresh out of their own organic garden. Depending on the season they are offering diffrent meals. But it always tasted amazing. The rooms were very nice as well and in a very quiet "no-tourist-zone". The perfect place to relax and get to know the Island and it's people.

Quite a quiet area, which some may prefer.

Very friendly and helpful, gave helpful directions to beaches and restaurants, hired us a motorbike for a very reasonable price. It was a very nice size, bed was comfortable and AC worked well. Bug nets on the windows if you want to leave the windows open. We had a great time, I would strongly recommend.

Just amazing!! The best accommodation we had during our trip across Thailand. Spacious, terrace, kitchen, beautiful garden, peaceful feeling. Staying there feels like home :). Can’t wait to come back!!

Staying here was an absolute dream. Kuntaleen and Marco are the most helpful, kind and welcoming hosts- they couldn’t do more from you. We absolutley loved it, the room was gorgeous and the views/location was perfect. Kuntaleen and Marco had so many recommendations for us and we’re really attentive the whole time we stayed. If we could give this more than a 10 we would !

Everything about this place is absolutely wonderful. Noi is so nice and Jack the gardener and maintenance is very kind and polite and friendly. You will sleep SO GOOD! I was sad when we checked out. New full size refrigerator, good microwave, full kitchen in your home. No need to go to restaurants and pay 300B per plate when you can buy your food and cook in your kitchen. I slept on the front porch many times listening to the birds and the wind in the palm trees. They work hard to keep it clean, and it’s spotless. The beach is south (left out of the driveway) about 3 minutes. It is a Small trail off the road on the right side. You can drive a motorbike and park under the tamarind tree and it’s great! Each home can sleep 5 people comfortably. I will always come back here!

The property was clean, well kept, and gorgeous. The owners were very kind, nice, and helpful. They gave us a tour of their property . It was a pleasure to see their beautiful garden. If you’re country people and don’t mind early and late sounds of nature (frogs, roosters, birds, etc…) then this is the place for you! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would certainly recommend this place.

Amazing stay, hosts were extremely courteous and provided free bikes for our entire stay. Organised trips for us to the national marine park and would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a more remote getaway. Beautiful stay and beaches, would 100% return.

My family wants to say thank you to Kuntalea and Marko for their warm welcome. Their villa was a cozy island of perfect cleanliness, became our home during our stay on Koh Samui. The house is surrounded by a beautiful courtyard with palm trees and a lawn. The house has a kitchen, and there is a nice cafe on the territory, the owners are high-class chefs and can cook different dishes, their pasta was one of the best I ate, they make delicious coffee. They have a rental car, scooters, bicycles. We were also met and escorted by car and during our stay were advised where to go and what to see. Marco, Kuntalee grazie mille e spero ci vediamo!

the friendliest hosts on our whole trip. very helpful and warm. amazing food, though they weren’t doing the full menu yet. kids enjoyed the gardens and feeding the chicken leaves. A lovely part of the island, very quiet and chill compared to the rest.

I liked everything. The house was very clean and cozy. The garden was beautiful, a lot of green plants and birds. There is a lovely terrace. The owners are very friendly and thoughtful, they even gave us two bicycles to ride around.
