The bed sheets were stained with what we think was tanning oil when we arrived, but they did apologise come and change straight away. We stayed for a week and the sheets were clean all other times, could just be worth checking. The hotel area of the resort has been build up in a modern thai style with lots of polished concrete and surrounded the pool, not to our taste (but I'm sure some people would like that). The area where we stayed in near the beach with the more traditional bungalows amongst the palm trees was lovely, so I guess theres something for everyone.

The grounds of the place are lovely, its one of the few places in the area that has a jungle feel with tall trees and palms on the beach with the beach bungalow nestled around. The restaurant is beautiful, and the food is great, its set a little in from the beach. We stayed in one of the more budget bungalows on the beach and it was perfect for what we wanted. The area has alot of nice restaurant and bars, and the orientation of the beach bar is idea for sunset and happy hour cocktails! When we were there they had a weekly BBQ with live music at the beach bar, which was not too loud or disturbing even being in a bungalow nearby. Would reccommend to anyone wanting to stay in a typical thai beach bungalow on the beach, but with modern facilities also.

The Heaven Suite was sunny and extremely hot by the afternoon. You are not able to keep the air conditioning going while out of the suite. We asked for another key however it was denied. Coming back after a day out the Suite was extremely hot, the 2nd level with Bedroom took more than 2 hours to cool before it was bearable. We choose to leave the room unlocked while out versus coming back to a sweat box - not an ideal option!

Great location and seperate vegan menu. Lovely views and garden, a perfect spot by the beach for amazing sunsets.

The most beautiful location - a peaceful hideaway in walking distance to shops and many restaurants. The food served on site is beautiful and fresh. The staff are all lovely and work very hard. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped.

We loved our stay here, cute bungalow, a stone throw away from a gorgeous beach that we spend 2 days resting by. The restaurant is lovely and we ate there each night and morning. They do a BBQ on the beach with live music every Monday and Friday which was fun. Staff are helpful and kind - they arranged a minivan to take us to the full moon party - 300 Bart pp. 7/11 practically next door. I didn’t want to leave after my 2 days in Koh Phangan, would definitely return!!

The beach is beautiful, but at the time I was there (late April) the tide was very low so it wasn't possible to swim. The second floor of the Heaven Suite, where the bedroom is, gets extremely hot during the day and the air conditioning is ineffective, so you can't really take an afternoon snooze. (The a/c does work okay at night though.)

I chose this hotel primarily because they offer a vegan menu, but it turned out to be an excellent choice all around. The hotel grounds are well kept and beautiful, full of trees, flowers, birds, and butterflies. The Heaven Suite is absolutely heavenly, with a nice private balcony and a gorgeous view. The pool is lovely and there are plenty of sunbeds. And the food and drinks were fantastic! I really enjoyed my stay here and I'd gladly come back.

- Elevated Deluxes Suite in separate building has a great sice with two levels, nice balkony and sea view. Perfect for a longer stay on Koh Phangan. Room standard was good. - Seaflower has a beautiful beach with sunloungers. Especially for sun set always a great option. - Pool area is ok, but not more

There was a pretty bad smell in our bathroom after a few days. We talked to the staff and they immediately addressed it.

They have a vegan menu! They don't mention that anywhere so this was a great surprise. The place is amazing and everything about our stay was absolutely great: friendly and helpful staff, comfy room, super clean and beautiful pool, awesome bar/restaurant by the beach with great food. It was hard to say goodbye. Another thing that wasn't clear to us before we arrived: you can easily reach the beach from the bungalows. You basically walk less than a minute until you reach the bar, which is by the beach. It's great!

The bedroom of the deluxe suit with ocean view is so hot due to the top floor, you should turn on the a/c all the time. This suit is not comfortable for elder people ho has problems with knees because of stairs. There should be fountain at the entrance of the building that you can wash your foot to get rid of the sands. The number of sun beds are not adequate for all customers of the resort. Rooms & the restaurant were clean but Heaven bars tables & sun beds & coffee tables were not so clean. They must be cleaned more often. The number of the personel was not adequate at Heaven bar .

WiFi was pretty temperamental. Shower not very powerful.

Idyllic setting despite the bad weather. Very well kept grounds. Food of a great quality and reasonably priced. Very friendly staff. A little out of the way so had to rely on expensive taxis to get around.

There's no late check out and zero consideration on that matter- we had a baby with us and wanted to check out at 14:00, our room was not booked for that day and still they insisted we pay for the overstay. It's just weird and leaves a bad taste, we stayed there for a whole week, you'd expect some leaway

The staff wasnt too nice and helpful (at the reception). For example, we tried to organise transport but overal conversation was unpleasent, same with trying to borrow sewing kit- we had completely different experience with lovely and helpful Thai people in other places.

Perfect location, private beach with sunbeds. Bunglows are nice with comfy beds. Lots of green around bubglows. Perfect place for chilling & relax.

Cleaning is not good. Once every 2 days and in 5 days stay, they cleaned only once. I understand you want to be grean but you can replace coffee, clean sand, make up beds. It really took 2 points at least from the score.

The bungalows were great. The feel of old thailand. And this is the way it should be. The restaurant is great.

Something that we knew from previous reviews it is that the bathroom has a bad smell and would need some renovation work but didn’t ruin our experience

Amazing location, perfect spot for sunset and good for snorkelling too. We really enjoyed the food and happy hours and the live music on Friday was just lovely. The staff is really friendly and kind as well, we enjoyed very much our stay and we wish to have booked for more days, we strongly recommend it!
