The rooms were clean & were cleaned daily...always friendly staff willing to help you. Breakfast was a variety of food, fresh fruit, Indian & Asian foods...pancakes, French toasts, pastries were all good.

Fantastic hotel. I got a free upgrade when I arrived and my upgraded room was amazing. It was the corner sea room view room. Hotel is clean smells amazing staff are fantastic. Room service is available. Pool area is nice. Just be weary of the dogs if your walking back around after 2/3 am as I got barked at. Apart from that stay was brilliant. I actually ended up booking again for extra days. Close to everything. 7/11 less than 5mins away. Free transfer to ao nang beach if you don’t want to walk.

I love this hotel so much! ❤️ The services and facilities are excellent. It's 10 out of 10 for me. All the staffs are very friendly, polite & helpful. Even their security did a great job by helping us to carry our luggage. The check-in & checked out process was smooth. Our room was exceeded my expectations. Big room, very clean, nice view & comfortable. Will recommend this hotel to my family & friends. Worth the money.

Everything was perfect

Absolutely everything was perfect! I was shocked that such a luxury hotel was so affordable. The staff instantly greets you and helps you with your luggage and gives you a nice welcome drink, check in was smooth. The rooms are beautiful and the pool is gorgeous. My friend and I also utilized the spa and our massages were incredible. Good location, short walk from the beach as well as from the Main Street which has lots of good food and shops

Laundry prices are quite expensive as priced per item so we went to a cheaper laundry in town.

Lovely pool area- looks as good as the pictures. Lots of sun loungers. The room was spacious, modern and clean, with a lovely view of the pool/ rock behind. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby is big and feels expensive. Really central location, very quick walk into ao nang but away from the mayhem.

We liked this hotel. Food was very good. Locatiom good. Rooms were clean. Staff is exlusivily nice, especially Ae, Best, Rom, Nok - we will be back here for sure. We recomend this hotel.

We have requested fronttdesk to extend a checkout for an hour as we need to get ready for my kids. But they have strongly rejected it and ask us to checkout that time. Really disappointed with the checkout service.

This place is one of the best place to stay with family. All facilities are available. Located near to the Ao nang beach and shops are accessible. Enjoyed stay with the family.

Can't really think of anything. This places is amazing compared to the run-down alternatives around.

Wonderful place, still feels new even though it was built 4 yrs ago. Rooms are clean, feels high value and it is overall an enjoyable experience to stay here. Location is a 7 minute walk to the main Ao Nang Joints and the beach. Worth every single penny.

It was one of the nicest and most comfortable hotel which we used during our 3 weeks stay in Thailand. Breakfast was great, rooms are nice and clean, staff is kind and the hotel has a great location. I would go back anytime. I highly recommend that place.

It was just excellent in every aspect. It was luxurious and stay was so comfortable and they also picked us from the Krabi port. I loved my stay here. It’s the only place I wud recommend in Krabi.
