United KingdomThis is a great hotel.....we stay here everytime we come to thailand. Breakfast is amazing and the Waiter BEST is just fantastic, he is so genuine and helpful. He personifies the land of smiles. The use of an app in the hotel is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

AustraliaWe had a corner room. Great size and gorgeous view. I hated the bathroom setup. Had the toilet and shower, which were good, but then had an open area in the room for the bathroom sink and dressing area. Would much prefer this to be a whole separate area. No privacy at all and little bench space. Also the security safe is on the floor, have to get down on hands and knees to use it. Should of been up higher.
Loved that the resort was just out of the main part of the town. Easy walking distance but quiet once back at the resort.

SingaporeBreakfast dishes can be improved in taste and varieties. Need to walk to the main road (5 min walk) to catch a tuk-tuk. Ao Nang beach is too far from the resort.
Location is very good. 5 min walk to the main road with plenty of restaurants, spa parlors, souvenir shops, clinics for emergency medical, essential shops such as 7-11, Watsons. We liked our room as it is located at a corner of the resort with a view of cliff and beach. It has a L shape balcony with a view of cliff, beach and vacant ground. Can enjoy the air-breeze. Beach is little far from the resort. When it is raining, misty cliff is a pleasant view. Breakfast dishes are with average taste. Can improve in breakfast (varieties and taste). Pool size is not sufficient if the resort is fully occupied. There is a tour operator desk besides the reception which is very convenient for the residents to book in minutes. We did not compare the price with other tour operators and hence we have no idea whether it is expensive or moderate.

Large rooms with great view of the mountains. Pool and pool bar with great happy hour deals. Huge breakfast selection. Good location in walking distance to restaurants, bars and the beach.

The welcome drink added a nice touch to the beginning of our vacation. The room, along with the balcony, was spacious. I appreciated the good water pressure and the reliable heater. While it's a 15-minute walk to the beach, the hotel's location is excellent—quiet and away from the busy streets, and very clean. I recommend renting a motorbike.

Great location, away from the busy street. From the hotel there are 2 roads leading to the beach. One is the main road and one is going along the limestone wall. Staff very friendly.

Great location and friendly staff! Close to the main area and easy to catch a grab if you need. Room was relatively clean but I’m a bit more on the picky side and there was a bit of mold in the shower around the edges. Pool was clean and water was cold which was nice for the hot days! They also have tour options available for booking which made it easy.
