Noisy! I had room 222, every time someone entered the building, the door alarm came up for several seconds - throughout the night! Besides that, from time to time very loud "bang" noise made me wake up, don't know where this was coming from... Better use earplugs for good sleep! For me the mattress was too hard.

Clean and very good value for money for one night. Fridge in the room.

Perfect place if you need to stop in Surat Thani. Close to the bus station (15 min walk, or 60 THB on Grab.com(Yes, there is grab in Surat Thani!)) Staff is very kind and welcoming although 2 out of the 3 persons we met didn't speak English at all The room is clean, big bed, big room, towels, good wifi.

The beds were a little hard and we did have a cockroach run across the bed in the evening.... Not the hotels faults but it got in somehow... No hotel staff were available to check out us out in the morning, our taxi was waiting, so we abandoned keys on front desk!

The room was a good size, very spacious and bright. The room was very clean, with fresh linen and towels. We also had free water in the fridge. I think there was also washing machines that you were able to use, but we did not.

Only issue was the sound proofing (or lack of..). Could hear people talking in the corridors and the adjacent rooms. Still had a good sleep after that.

Noisy AC but also AC didn't work properly, we kept on 16 degrees and still felt warm in the room. shower was quite tiny and no curtains but was ok for one day. No kettle, no mugs but fridge was huge and not sure why would you need such a big fridge with know kitchenet.

Good location, calm neighborhood, shops/ bars are walkable distance. Bed was quite hard but huge. Clean room with huge window and lots of space.

Balcony can be useful if it's cleaned properly with a rack for clothes and towels.

Don't expect much. Good value for stopover in Surat Thani. Walking distance from bus stop which was very helpful.

Mattress was a bit uncomfortable, but we slept on it fine and for the price it was good value.

Very clean, staff were so helpful in getting us an early checkout so we could make our ferry, and assisted when we locked ourself outside the room. Big room, balcony too and a lift, very very good value for money.

The property is basic, but again there’s not really much to do in Surat Thani. It’s just a stop over place.

The property is ideal for Surat Thani. This is merely a stop over on route to other parts of Thailand. There very little to do here and most things are shut. The hotel is literally a bed to sleep in. Whilst the bed was a little hard it was a quiet place and very dark with the lights off, meaning you actually slept well! Does the job.
