We did not like our bed. It was very uncomfortable and sheets kept coming off so we always woke up on a bare mattress. It is like two single beds were joined together and an additional thin double mattress placed on top. It was also extremely high and I am very short so not so easy. We didn’t like the fact that when you leave the room the aircon turns off. When paying so much, this is a bit of a disappointment.

The property is on the beach! The restaurant is lovely and serves a wide choice for all times of the day. Massage place is amazing. Beach is lovely. Rooms are a good size and shower works well. Fridge in room is helpful and aircon works well. Very pretty and access to two pools which are regularly cleaned. They can provide transfer services and can help out with ferry tickets. Less than a 10 min walk to Haad rin beaches for full moon party. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance of the hotel. We enjoyed the stay

Main entrance to the hotel needs attention as it is only accessible through a dark and uneven alleyway. The hotel area is quite 'hilly' so difficult for people with mobility issues.

AWFUL WI FI!! Basically it is not working. The only entrance way to the resort is going through a logistics section, which is mostly a garbage yard. Smells bad and feels really disrespectful. The resort is nice and the staff is doing it’s best to keep it like that, but at the end- it’s out dated, not very well maintained and parts of it are crumbling. Although the resort is kissing the shore, the entire area is covered with rocks which makes bathing very uncomfortable. Bring proper shoes, especially until noon when the water level is rising.

Great staff! Willing to assist any time. Nice location. Few minutes walk from Haad Rin restaurants and shops. Nice restaurant with kind service and some good dishes. Good small spa with decent prices.

Quiet, clean and such a lovely hotel, 2 steps from a semi-private beach. Only 10 minutes walk to full-moon party and walking distance to other pubs and restaurants. The hotel restaurant food is really delicious. Polite and really helpful staffs.

We didn’t eat on the property, instead rented a scooter and had food at the Pantip market (highly recommended). We still got billed for a meal here that we did not have. We were able to sort it out, but the staff did not look happy with us.

Location, room and beach were lovely. Very relaxing stay. This is our third week in Thailand. We have stayed in Homestay’s, hotels and resorts throughout the country. The reception staff here were unwelcoming. Giving them the benefit of a doubt that they assumed we were 20 yr old’s here for a full moon party instead of 30 yr old professionals here to relax.

The only issue is the beach- it’s super shallow and full of water plants, so it’s not possible to swim. But in 10 min walking distance is amazingly beautiful beach.

I really liked this place- it’s quiet, but at the same time its only 10 min walk to the city. Very good breakfast, there is a gym (small, but for daily workouts it’s enough). Nice, clean bungalow houses.

Wife connection was poor in our room . Location is good but you need motorbike or taxi to go to town. The hotel offers a free transport couple of times in the evening

Not a great location. It felt like a cold place, meaning human warmth was not a thing. Also, Koh Phangan is Little Israel. And last I checked, I travelled to Thailand, not Israel. Reception staff are a bit rude.

Place is run down. We stayed here 10 years ago and feels like it hasn’t had a renovation since. Restaurant has so many flies you can’t eat your food. Staff not keeping the place clean restaurant is always dirty nobody seems to take care of the place

I would suggest adding a few more pillows in the room (instead of just two), and same comment for towels. The pool could benefit from a daily clean up , as many leaves fall from the tree into the pool. But these are details. Overall, it was great :)

Friendly staff, excellent massage therapist on site, delicious buffet in the morning with lots of options to choose from. We greatly appreciated the beautiful view from the restaurant terrace at sunset.

Everywhere housefly and that’s why staff give us protector for housefly. Color of sea looks like perfect but everywhere is seaweed and that’s why you couldn’t swim very well and confortable.

The road from the hotel to Had Rin needs to be fixed it's not pleasant walking.

The staff at the reception were not very nice, bad organized and very annoying to have any conversation with. When we left the tone switch 180 degrees and they were kissing our arses and sudenly being very polite. All in all, the reception staff was the only negative in our stay.

We really enjoyed the restaurant. The staff was absolute the best about out the stay. On top of that, the prices was cheap. They were great with the kids and remembered every order without writing anything down. Everything we ordered was brought all the way. The room, the beach, the pool it doesnt matter they walked all the way everytime.
