Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe hotel is located on a very busy street, this meant getting a bus or taxi around 4pm added up to an additional 45 min wait. This may of been unusual but found happened on all 3 nights of our stay. The gym only has working treadmill and weights up to 14kg.
The pool was lovely, especially at night. The rooms are as shoe and bathroom is clean.

GuatemalaThe pictures showen, do not reflect de actual state of the property. Most of the equipment on the gym damagen, and the instalations dirty, the àrea of the pool and the skybar, dirty and need maintenance.
The location is great, right in the middle of Silom Rode, so you have restaurants, bars, bus stops at a walking distance. You can book the hotel for very competitive prices, and the staff always open to help you out.

United KingdomMost of the gym machines were broken and of the cheapest possible quality. The Gym also smelt. The rooftop restaurant and pool area was messy and dirty. With staff hanging around with guests on what seemed like a social. The elevator carpet was also dirty. Not that expected magic at this price , but I certainly expected more.
The room was large and clean. Reception and room staff were helpful and kind. Area is very handy for people in the gem/jewellery business.

Irelandthe staff at this hotel were absolutely lovely. the location is also really good, there’s taxis and tuk tuks right beside the hotel which is great. there is also a temple right across the street. there is a bus stop nearby if you want to use public transport instead! 7-11 is just around the corner. The beds were quite comfortable and the bathrooms were obviously renovated not too long ago. We were located on the sixth floor, and unfortunately our wifi there didn’t work so well. there was also a little bit of a strange smell in our room. the water in the shower was hot and then cold again, but wasn’t too bad if you’re just having a quick shower! the hotel itself is located in an alleyway and the bins beside the hotel gave off a horrible odour. the upstairs area where the swimming pool is, seemed a bit neglected, but as it was quite rainy when we were there, it wasn’t an issue. I wouldn’t expect the standards of a five star hotel, but the price definitely reflects that. You get what you pay for, and we were content with our stay there.

United KingdomThe hotel is cash only which I was not aware of when I checked in. Not sure if this is just a temporary arrangement. Car parking is really challenging. Hardly any space and if you want to take your car out it requires the shuffling of 2-3 other cars to get you the space you need. Took me 30min to leave.
Very clean. Room was a good size with comfy bed. Front desk were helpful when I needed some photocopies made. Room crew were very efficient and nothing was missed when cleaning the room.

I do not understand some of the bad reviews.Staff are nice and they do speak good enough english,hotel is in a central place,just 15 min by taxi to get to Nana Plaza,night markets are nearby. Rooms are good for the price and roof top pool beats all.The view is amazing up there,we been there in june and basically we were alone in the entire pool whole day anytime we went up. I will go back next time we visit Bangkok.
