Absolutely nothing was out of place. They also helped us arrange private transportation. The place is slightly out of the way, but worth the drive. This is an amazing place to retreat to, or as an overnighter on your way to/from Koh Tao, Samui, etc. We wished we would have had a few more nights.

Impeccable English, top-notch service, and excellent food. It has a separate, professional feel to the rooms, while feeling like you're visiting family. We loved every second of the grounds, and our time with the staff.

Location Wow, couldn’t get any better. Someone looking for a bouquet hotel fantastic , only 4 rooms very personal 5 star, rooms amazing food suburb, the perfect place to relax. Or even work or write. Just a Jem of a find, we are going back for a week next trip.

What an amazing place! A spacious, modern and super clean loft on the sea shore. Everything thought of to the tiny details. The food also amazing and yummy, lthe staff attentive and friendly. Nice amenities outside Would have stayed longer with big pleasure

Its fairly remote fab for airport 10 mins but for a longer stay food option may be limited

Fab overnight before flying chumphon to bangkok wonderful, room, shower, bed staff. They ordered food in for us and served it. Can't be beaten for value and style only wish we were there longer

the location itself is a bit remote. you need definitely a car or at least a scooter. the airport is close by (10-12 minutes driving).

staff and owner were just amazing. it felt like home for us. the house itself is beautiful and everything is arranged very well. we even stayed longer then planned!

The staff were so helpful and friendly from as soon as we arrived! The room was very roomy, clean, and modern so it made it feel very good value for money. There is no restaurant on site but you can order delivery from a place nearby and the hotel staff deliver it straight to your room which provides a very nice cosy experience.

The drain pipe are shared between shower, bathtub and toilet. It can be annoying sometimes.

The room and the hotel area are awesome. It’s beautiful and quiet. Room design and layout are great. Very good value.

The rain hitting the roof was quite loud but it didn’t disturb us too much.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.. organised dinner to be delivered for us (there is no on site restaurant for dinner) they also organised our taxi for the morning. THE BED!!! Quite possibly the comfiest bed i have ever slept in. Beautiful grounds, lovely quiet area, right on the beach. They also have a small pool. The room was large, clean and cosy. Very close to the airport, only a 10 minute drive. Breakfast was lovely and freshly prepared, juice, tea, coffee or hot chocolate all included and delicious.

The daughter of the owner and manger is an interior designer. She designed the rooms. It felt modern, warm, and practical all at once. Plenty of greenery with water features and small gardens. It there is a certain peacefulness to the property. Plus, you can’t beat the ocean view!

We had an amazing stay at SANTI beach retreat, 10 mins from the airport but right in front of the beach. The room was refined, modern and clean, breakfast was very very good and the staff super nice (and spoke amazing English!). The highlight? The bed topper, best night sleep we had in Thailand!!

Nothing. All good.

It was like sleeping in a piece of art. 10 minutes ride to the airport. We did not leave the beach area and even if she perceives limited food options, the owner will get a panda express from the local restaurants so food is not an issue.  Breakfast was fulsome.
