Pretty bungalows, not too many people at once stay on property. Staff and service offered everything you could ask for before you even do it (recommendation for spa, beaches, food etc.) and super helpful with any request made during stay

Only thing to mention here is the toilet paper, which was so thin, but that seems to be everywhere in south east asia:), and also little thing to mention is the position of the drying rack, dripping over the table, but that didnt bother too much.

Location is spot on, quiet location straight on the beach close to a gym and a pool bar and a 10 minute scooter ride away from the town where you cand find anything for your needs. Also close to the famous parties on koh phangan. Service is top notch, with employees who are there to ensure guests have the best experience, everything was clean and there was everything you would need during your time in koh phangan, loved the fact that you can do bookings through the hotel and it's chatbot feature. The accomondation offers a chatbot connected to their whatsapp, that you can use to get information about things to see on the island, and about restaurants, etc etc. The hotel also has a web page for guests, with recommendations on pretty much everything from foodmarkets to massage parlors, also a taxi service. And so good to be able to rent a scooter straight from your accomondation. We also got a flat tire on our scooter and the employees were fast to respond and got the situation fixed in less than 30 minutes, with bringin us a spare scooter and fixing the broken tire. Would higly recommend renting a scooter to see the island more. Also while booking our trip back from the islands the employees were super helpful and wanted to help us and ensure we got the best deals and easiest way back to mainland. This is the accomondation to book!

Great stay, excellent staff. When we hired a scooter and there was an issue, we simply returned it with no issues, there were no other scooters available……. So the owner simply gave us his to use! Highly recommend a stay here

wasn’t really a place to swim in the sea as lots of coral and changes with the tide! but still pretty

we loved staying here! the staff were so nice and helpful to us. the bungalow was so cute and the air conditioning was great! bed was super comfy and the room itself was enough for two comfortably. the bathroom was nice and was clean. the little balcony with the hammock was my favourite place to relax! the beachfront area was nice when the tides changed!

Not much to do if you decide to stay at the bungalow as no pool is there. However they offer you to go to another place (15 minutes drive) where you can use pool and gym.

Room quite big! Francis was so helpful, very good man! We rented the scooter for 200B a day a 3000B deposit (returned straight away). good location, very close to a great night market.

The bungalows are amazing, very spacious, the balcony and hammock is awesome to relax. The TV is a smart TV so you can watch anything you want. The wifi is great. Staff is wonderful and very helpful. The beach is right there however the tide is very low during the day (May), so early morning swims are possible but not during the day. Sunsets are amazing from the beach. You can also rent a motorbike from them, very convenient. Our ferry transport was late so we took another taxi and they came all the way to the ferry station t refund us! Amazing people, thank you!

I just loved it! Cosy little houses yet with everything you need. Terrace with the hammock is amazing, you just don't wanna move anywhere else. Right next to the beach, not the most amazing one but still with beautiful sunsets. Really good location on the island as a base to explore. Motorbike rental available, very helpful staff, they bring the bike right in front of your door. I would definitely stay there again.

Nothing big. We suggested to put some cooking oil, salt and pepper in the kitchen so you don't have to buy everything at the store. They could do some maintenance at the floor of the veranda but that's not a big deal.

We loved the beach house. It's almost unreal that all the space you get is for two people. A huge veranda smack down at the beach, a large kitchen, nice bedroom with bathroom upstairs and a living room with a large television we didn't use because we spent all the time outside.The beach house is just more than we expected and we even thought about it to live here. Restaurants, night market and 7/11 around the corner on walking distance. The host is very nice and they arrange everything you ask for. We loved it and will be back for sure.

Bed was rock hard. There are also no facilities apart from a communal sitting area, so no place to get any snacks or a drink (although there are cafes and shops very close by). Wasn't so much of an issue but just something to be aware of.

Right on the beach and central location with a Netflix tv for a rainy day. Staff were so helpful with information and booking taxis. Hammock outside was a nice touch.

I think the staff was too present, you have the feeling that there is constantly someone around fixing something. One day they were installing new water heating system on our house, another day they were exchanging siphon in our bathroom.

We arrived at 2:30 pm, but the room was not ready, and they requested us to wait for 40 minutes to be able to check in. We were in the beachfront villa and had a very nice deck, but the facility has nothing to offer apart from the rooms. The location is not close to any attractions, but it won't be an issue if you rent a bike. They should consider putting some hangers to the room for the towels.

We booked the beachfront villa, so my comments would be about it, not for the bungalows. This was a fully furnished apartment with a cool design. It is kind of a house you can live for ever. It has a very nice deck to enjoy the sea and the view. The place was very clean. Staff was willing to help. We were there for the full moon party, and the prices were high. This was a great offer considering the ridiculous prices for dorms in Haad Rin.

Clean, nice environment. Host and the hostess kept the bungalows and surroundings super neat. Water was brought to the terrace every morning and they arranged scooters for us in no time.

Matresses as stated by others extremely firm/ uncomfortable for both of us despite the topper, with no spring base just a concrete frame making it I assume even harder. As others have stated the beach house is private and this would make a much better communal area especially For everyone staying in the bungalows futher away from the beach ⛱️ especially as there is little communal space or a pool

Location was central to the island meaning everywhere was accessible by motorbike within 30 minutes, beach nice and sunsets great, modern concrete cottages, Francis extremely helpful as we're while team who rally helped with visa extension requirements. Night market a godsend and the Indian resturant up the road is amazing

The bed mattress was really hard so we didn’t get a very comfortable sleep. There was a bad smell in the bathroom sometimes.

Really nice bungalows with aircondtion, fan, and even smart tv with Netflix! Location is right on the beach (not the best beach on the island) and walking distance from really cheap food places, 7/11 and night food market.
