Remote location meant getting back to Krabi for a flight very difficult as a storm rolled in. The lighting in the rooms was very dim not suitable for reading.

The bungalow was large and very comfortable. The situation near the front pool and restaurant was great. The 3 swimming pools were very clean and well looked after. The buggy transport was a very good idea. The restaurant at the beach was so nice and to eat right on the sand was perfect. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Management must look after Chotipun, Zzaann and Kwan. They are an asset to this resort! We cannot thank them enough for their great service

I would like to see the coconut trees cleared of coconuts. Very dangerous.

The shower maybe needs upgrading.

It went straight through from East to West Railay and the staff were all excellent. Welcome on arrival was awesome.

The bungalow looked very tired and dated particularly the bathrooms. We paid extra for the bungalows and yet our friends were in deluxe family rooms at a lower cost which were much nicer and less dated with good air conditioning.

If you have mobility issues our room had many sections on different levels that you have to be careful navigating especially in the dark. You cannot use the shelf inside the door of the fridge as the two bars that hold items there have been removed, I think it is Muslim owned as you can buy alcohol in their restaurant.The wifi in the room is terrible constantly dropping out every 90 seconds and having to go into settings and reconnect again. Outside our room the wifi was stable.

Great location and really nice atmosphere, very hospitable staff offering us a cold face cloth and cold drink upon arrival. Room was a good size, bed was very comfortable, large bathroom with a bathtub. The pool area was really nice, the breakfast buffet was very good. We really enjoyed our stay, would come again.

Our room was very nice and bright and comfortable. Only the shower was rusty and water lacked pressure. Most of the staff were friendly but at the restaurant it felt like they were a bit disorganized and not too attentive. The food was more inviting on the next door restaurant at Railay resort. Also it would have been so nice if the spa was open. Overall we enjoyed and were happy but could have spent more time in the resort if those things were more attractive.

The beautiful garden, 3 pools, the variety of animals and clean beach in front of the resort! Our room was cleaned and very fresh every day, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good too.

Wasn't clear that the hotel spreads across from the West side to the East side of Railay Beach, so it's hit or miss which side you stay on. Also a bit strange when we got off the long tail boat and walked to the hotel- we had to leave our bags at the back reception while checking in at the front reception, would have been nice if we were told where we were going instead of just being told to hop in a golf cart. Don't assume things like laundry, kayaking etc are going to be open everyday. These were closed for periods of 2-7 days when we were there.

Right on the beach! The staff were great and very helpful. The breakfast was varied and great. I used the gym, which was sufficient. I really enjoyed the accom, but to be honest I wouldn't stay on Railay again. Monkeys are very cheeky, especially in the morning, so watch out!

The reception was about a 5-8min walk from our room.

There was some litter and building refuse in the flower beds on the way to our room. Could add a bit more variety to the breakfast buffet. Some litter on the beach

Big, clean room with big, super comfy bed. Was upgraded to an inter-leading family room on arrival. The location is spectacular, right on the beach. Nice pool. Hotel setting is lush.
