Everything! We had a bungalow very close to the beach and it was delightful. The staff are superb and can’t do enough to help. Every day they bring fresh towels and bottles of water to the room. They provide beach towels. There is a pool right next to the beach. Breakfast was great and varied and the food in the restaurant was good. Also good location very close to the main strip but quiet and peaceful at night. Will definitely come here when we return to Samui.

All in all it was quite good. But the breakfast was not that great. It was more suited to the European taste, and being on holiday from Europe, I would have preferred some Thai options as well. This is more personal preference I guess. Also pillows could be softer.

There are a few small drawbacks – the towels and bed sheets are not new, and the bathroom could use some renovation. However, these were minor details for us and didn't detract from our overall experience.

Our stay at Samui Natien Resort was a delightful surprise! We went in with modest expectations, knowing it was a simple hotel, but were genuinely delighted by what we found. The resort is nestled in a quiet and serene spot, with a beautiful garden filled with singing birds each morning – the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. One of the standout features was watching the gardener carefully tending to the plants every day with such love and attention. It truly added a special touch to the atmosphere. While the hotel isn’t a luxury property, it has a lot of charm and character. We will definitely will come back! :)

Maybe not the best place for swimming in sea, but there is a pool anyway and it takes only few minutes to reach nice swimming spots.

Very, very nice staff and place overall. The villa was located at nice and quiet place. Beachfront was relaxing and clean as well. We stayed for a week and didn't experience any issues at all.

The beach in front of the hotel is not the best, specially on the low tide, but walk 10minutes down the beach and you have the perfect place swim with some fishes.

- Perfect family room with interconnecting doors - directly at the pool/beach - within a 5 min walk you are at the centre of chaweng - perfect nice rooms - good breakfast - enough sunbeds and shadow places - nice pool

A lovely place to stay. Friendly staff, good facilities, beautiful gardens. Beach is tidal and quite a walk to Chaweng beach but the pool is nice.

The breakfast was delicious, the restaurant also had great lunch and dinner food. The location was amazing, literally right on the beach. The resort sunbeds were next to the pool and on the beach, right next to the restaurant. We were so sad to leave! We wished we stayed here longer :)

The restaurant closes too soon in the evenings and the terrace were the tables are need more shade. Nobody sits there.

The sea water has some algae pollution but the sand beach is superb . Water must be cleaned ! The GPS "G Map" for unknown reasons give cca 200 m wrong position of the resort 😥

i liked everything. the staff were very friendly and helpfull. i did not have breakfast but bar meals were very good. the room was nice and comfortible and cleaned very well every day. the swimming pool was small but nice. plenty of beach chairs. value for money excellent.

The breakfast didn't include much Thai food but it was fresh and plenty. Multistory building with rooms is an eyesore from outside but the rooms are nice and comfy
