Just a few minor issues. Our fancy room came with a jacuzzi but it wasn't fully operational. It only produced boiling hot water. The cold water faucet didn't work. Secondly the on/off switch only turned on. We couldn't turn it off. We used the pool instead, and it was fantastic! We were even visited by some frogs while swimming after dark. One more note, which wasn't negative for us, but because of how the resort is situated, the restaurant and coffee shop are either up or down a series of stairs. Those who are not in good shape may struggle to get around, but I'm sure the nice people there would assist. I'm still rating this stay a 10/10 because of how great this place is.

Our villa #16 was amazing! First of all the view is incredible and the room was very comfortable. During our one night stay, from check-in to check-out the staff were all incredibly nice. The welcome drinks and fancy wet towel were a nice introduction. The service at the restaurant was great. Everyone made us feel very special. Before arriving we were concerned that the long drive from Phuket to the hotel might not be worth it, but it certainly was. So glad we stayed here. This was our final stop on an action-packed vacation so it was the perfect way to end our trip.

For the price and target audience, the staff spoke very limited English. (My streetside massage lady whom I paid 300 Thb spoke more English than staff here) You can get by through gestures for simple requests but it was a little difficult ordering or customising your order at the restaurant. The reception staff spoke good English as an exception. Also despite the EXCELLENT breakfast, I found dinner to be a little disappointing.

The location and view is definitely top notch. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel did not feel crowded despite its small size. The breakfast was AMAZING - mix of continental buffet with the sweetest of mango and the included ala carts menu was chef kiss 😘. I absolutely loved their Phuket noodles and roti curry. There were many scenic spots around the hotel so it was never crowded and we got many nice photos without people which would be more difficult to achieve at the public viewpoints.

The areas around the rooms, pools etc. seem a bit unfinished or need fixing.

Completely out of the control of the hotel but just as with most places in Thailand, it's the mosquitos. Bring spray, bring your repellant machine of choice, bring your electric racket thing, bring patience.
