Serene view, beautiful trees and relaxing space. An exceptional pool table! I had to peel my partner away from it. Staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable of the island. I hope to return to the gorgeous Koh Tao and stay here again ! Andrew you are amazing!

To get the stunning views the property is up hill, 15-20 min walk from the main town. Unlike others we didn’t rent motorbikes but walked to and from the property regularly so it is possible (just be ready for the uphill in the heat). Would be super quick on a bike - and either way we felt very worthwhile for the quiet environment and views on offer.

Stunning view from the property, we had the sea front bungalow and woke up each morning with views out to sea. Bungalow was in great condition and perfectly clean. Breakfast is available, is great value and very tasty.

Had the best time staying here! We stayed in the tent and it was amazing we had the best view out on to the ocean and had a very relaxing peaceful stay. The tent is equipped with plug sockets, a fan and lights! Was a really enjoyable and unique experience to stay there! The resort also has a great pool and delicious breakfast! The gentleman who hosted us during our stay was welcoming and went above and beyond to meet the needs of his guests! Highly recommend staying here!!

Beautiful place to stay with an amazing view for sunsets. The manager of the resort is very helpful and friendly. The bungalow was clean (we had one with fan and it’s was enough for us) with hammock and nice view. The breakfast are very yummy, personally I recommend omlette. Also you will need scooter for transport but you can rent it at the resort for good price. The island is a great place for snorkeling and at the reception you can rent very good mask and for a lot cheaper than at the beaches. We had a blast there, Koh Tao is a breathtaking island for sure we will be coming back. Thank you for everything :)

This place is amazing. Outside the busy area of the island. Rooms are great and the area around the rooms is really cosy and beautiful views. The hosts are really friendly and explains everything of the island and has great knowledge of the perfect snorkling and diving spots of the island. They can help with renting a scooter or arrange things for tours. We can really recommend this place.

Friendly staff and great cozy bungalows not very far from Sairee beach! It is uphill so you get a great view! Be sure to know how to drive a scooter though as you will need it

Like the rest of the island, you need a moped to get there. It’s a 25 min walk from Sairee Beach and the final hill is very steep. Would be tiring after a day at the beach! But you can’t really get around Koh Tao without a moped so anyway so wasn’t a problem for us. You do need some confidence on a moped on the first few goes up the hill.

Great place to stay. Epic views (especially for the sunset), really nice pool & bar area to eat meals, have a few drinks and chill out. Andrew and Peay are fantastic and really made our stay brilliant. Andrew was able to recommend dive centres, beaches for snorkelling, best times of day to go and sorted snorkel hire and moped hire for us at a price that felt so reasonable. Sorted taxis for us to and from the ferry port (no rip off commission added) and the room was great - large, powerful aircon and great balcony.

The staff is amazingly nice, they help you booking tours and motorbikes. They also have a mini “market” where you can grab a drink or a snack 24h. The room and the pool are very good, just as described. Perfect stay for a few days with a super great money value, for someone looking for a nice bungalow to relax in Koh Tao I would recommend it 100%. Thank you, if we ever come back to Koh Tao we will stay here again!

The bungalows are brilliant. The bathrooms are very modern, constant hot water and there is a very powerful fan in the room so isn’t too hot. Any issues we had with our room were also instantly fixed. We originally booked to stay 2 nights however extending to 9 nights. We were able to book a scooter through the resort, for 250 baht per day. The pool is very clean and the sea view is brilliant. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind and we booked our scuba and snorkelling trip through the owner. The owner personally took us to the dive company and helped us organise ourselves for it. Our room got cleaned daily aswell. Definitely recommend.

We stayed in a bungalow that did not have ac. This was our mistake, as the humidity combined with the heat was a bit too much in the bungalow. There was very little air circulation so the bathroom smell lingered in the bedroom at all times. We would’ve happily stayed at the resort a bit longer if there had been normal hotel rooms available at the time of our stay.

Pool area was great. Pool water was nice and cool. Owners were very nice and easy going. They were almost always available. Breakfast was prepared on demand and drinks were always available for very affordable prices.

We spent 2 weeks here and had a great time. The hotel is just a 5 minute scooter out of town in a very peaceful location. The view is stunning, we enjoyed watching the sunset each evening. The pool was much appreciated too, especially on the hotter days it was great to cool down in. Our room was comfortable and cleaned regularly which we really appreciated. The hosts were always helpful, friendly and quick to solve any enquiries we had.

You really need a bike rental to stay here. Otherwise you’ll be in taxis several times a day. It’s up a very steep hill about a 20-25 minute walk from town. Worth getting a taxi from the pier when you arrive. Power dropped a couple of times.

Such a nice Place to really come down and have some relaxed days. We really liked the Atmosphäre in the Place , also its a quite area away from the tourism but if you Want to have action you can Go to the town its a Short way . The owners are really nice and helped us with organizing everything we needed for our Stay from activitys to Scooterq Taxis and ferrys. Also they are really nice and gave us a good feeling for the Place.

Pool could’ve done with a daily X2 clean, although wasn’t the end of the world.

Everything was great! Welcoming staff, lovely room and nice views. Breakfast was tasty and convenient. Some nice selections including pancakes with various toppings. Pool could’ve been cleaned more often but that’s the reality of being in the jungle, bugs will end up in the water. Actual room was fabulous, one of our favourites in Thailand / value for money wise.

Stayed a bit longer here, almost two months. The place and the staff were absolutely perfect. Very helpful and nice staff and all the daily routines work smoothly. The cleaning times can be agreed and everyone is helpful. The room (deluxe) was spacious and with well working amenities and the view from the balcony is absolutely great. The location is a bit far from the town and up the hill, so I wouldn't probably stay without a scooter. With one it's only like 2-5 minutes to most places in Sairee and you can rent one from the hotel too. On the other hand, the bit more remote location gives perfect peace. No traffic or party noise, just the nature. Will definitely stay again. :)
