We stayed in a bungalow that did not have ac. This was our mistake, as the humidity combined with the heat was a bit too much in the bungalow. There was very little air circulation so the bathroom smell lingered in the bedroom at all times. We would’ve happily stayed at the resort a bit longer if there had been normal hotel rooms available at the time of our stay.

Pool area was great. Pool water was nice and cool. Owners were very nice and easy going. They were almost always available. Breakfast was prepared on demand and drinks were always available for very affordable prices.

We spent 2 weeks here and had a great time. The hotel is just a 5 minute scooter out of town in a very peaceful location. The view is stunning, we enjoyed watching the sunset each evening. The pool was much appreciated too, especially on the hotter days it was great to cool down in. Our room was comfortable and cleaned regularly which we really appreciated. The hosts were always helpful, friendly and quick to solve any enquiries we had.

You really need a bike rental to stay here. Otherwise you’ll be in taxis several times a day. It’s up a very steep hill about a 20-25 minute walk from town. Worth getting a taxi from the pier when you arrive. Power dropped a couple of times.

Such a nice Place to really come down and have some relaxed days. We really liked the Atmosphäre in the Place , also its a quite area away from the tourism but if you Want to have action you can Go to the town its a Short way . The owners are really nice and helped us with organizing everything we needed for our Stay from activitys to Scooterq Taxis and ferrys. Also they are really nice and gave us a good feeling for the Place.

Pool could’ve done with a daily X2 clean, although wasn’t the end of the world.

Everything was great! Welcoming staff, lovely room and nice views. Breakfast was tasty and convenient. Some nice selections including pancakes with various toppings. Pool could’ve been cleaned more often but that’s the reality of being in the jungle, bugs will end up in the water. Actual room was fabulous, one of our favourites in Thailand / value for money wise.

Stayed a bit longer here, almost two months. The place and the staff were absolutely perfect. Very helpful and nice staff and all the daily routines work smoothly. The cleaning times can be agreed and everyone is helpful. The room (deluxe) was spacious and with well working amenities and the view from the balcony is absolutely great. The location is a bit far from the town and up the hill, so I wouldn't probably stay without a scooter. With one it's only like 2-5 minutes to most places in Sairee and you can rent one from the hotel too. On the other hand, the bit more remote location gives perfect peace. No traffic or party noise, just the nature. Will definitely stay again. :)

The road up is difficult but manageable if you drive carefully and dont mess up

The view is spectacular especially if one is into constellation watching. The north end of the island is very quiet and less populated, in the night one can see even the smallest stars

We were missing mosquito nets for the windows and doors here because we greatly prefer the option of having fresh air without the need for constant use of air conditioning. However, this is generally very difficult to find anywhere throughout Thailand.

The surroundings of the accommodation were very beautiful, the view of the sunset was breathtaking, the pool was very refreshing, the apartments are in decent condition, clean, and well-maintained, and it's peaceful there. Just beware, the access road to the apartment is quite steep and may not be suitable for complete beginners on scooters, but the road is in decent condition, which is nice. The best part about the accommodation was the owners, always smiling, helpful with everything, and very kind. The adorable little charming dog Lula is the cherry on top :)

Beautiful location looking over the sea with a great view of the sunset, quiet location, very comfortable bed. Frank and his wife were brilliant hosts, very friendly and happy to help you with anything you need, we arranged a full day snorkelling trip through them that was very well priced compared to others on the island and a great day out.

My wife and I loved our spacious room and of course the view. We also loved the morning breakfast where we had Omelets that were a good size. We were lucky enough to meet the owners who answered all of our questions and booked our snorkel excursion.

No food and as it is 20min walk into town it was a little annoying to have to walk in every morning for breakfast. It's a great place for couples but I personally wouldn't recommend it for solo travellers especially if you don't want to rent a scooter.

Loved our stay! The bungalows are super cute and clean. The common area, pool and views are amazing. Thanks to Frank and his wife for making our stay in Koh Tao so nice and easy! It’s a bit out of busy sairee beach area which is nice because it’s super quiet in the hill. Would recommend renting a scooter at the pier and drive up but we also walked a couple times which was ok!
