The transfer costs to the airport were pretty high.

The hotel is perfectly located very close to the airport without disturbed through the noise of it. We had a very nice bungalow with own pool. Great breakfast with local and international dishes. Very nice employees!

Very little complaints but if I had to think of something it would be that happy hour 2 for 1 had to be the same cocktail, the pool wasn’t cleaned as often as I’d have liked (although I never asked them to) and the breakfast bakery food wasn’t great (the Thai food and eggs were amazing though!)

The villa was pristine and well looked after our entire stay, the gym was small but had what I needed. The spa and restaurant are more expensive than the surrounding area but offer a quality service. The beach front is just immaculate especially at night. We used the kayak too and had good fun. By far and away the best part of the resort is the staff, they are always so friendly, kind and welcoming. 10/10!

Not a negative but be aware the hotel is a little out of the way from the “party” areas - this suited us perfectly and they were reachable by 20 min or so Grab ride. Also be aware the beach at the hotel is pretty rocky (but lovely!)

Absolutely loved this hotel, really nice quiet location and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were amazing - very attentive and friendly, couldn’t have been nicer. The food was exquisite as were the drinks. The villa was beautiful and the facilities were great - highly recommend for those looking to relax and unwind.

Everything was great here. The bed and sheets were divine! So nice to have your own very private pool when it’s so hot. Staff were friendly, discreet and helpful. If I ever come to Koh Samui again, I will definitely stay here … a dream!

One negative is a decline in the quality of food during breakfast. One of the big things that brought me back was the French toast they would serve and the bacon. Those two items quality has drastically declined since the last time I have been to this hotel. I also noticed a pretty drastic increase in the price of food but that might just rise with regular inflation over the years. Hotel is not located to many other resteraunts, so unless you are going to go deeper into the main parts of town you are most likely going to be eating hotel food. The "Grab" delivery service takes roughly 40 mins to deliver food from any resteraunts.

This is my second time at this hotel. I was here for the first time during the start of Covid when it was called "Outrigger". I could say that the overall quality of the staff has increased greatly. Our pool villa was very comfortable. Staff was very accommodating with all issues that arised and provided transportation and souvenirs during the Thai new year. I would like to say that the employee named "Boss" in particular was very accommodating and help me with clarifications regarding food orders to my room The AC quality has increased dramatically, room is very cool. I liked how they introduced a new app that provides quick and easy communication between front desk staff and dining staff. While also sending notifications/updates of new and upcoming events occurring during your stay. Located very close to airport with average of 8 min travel time from airport to hotel and hotel to airport.

If I'm picking hairs, a few bits were a little rough around the edges. Eg wardrobe doors, TV a bit dated. This did not take away from our fabulous stay.

We had the deluxe pool villa, and the room and pool were huge. Lovely private spot but still close to some restaurants and easy to get around the island.

Some places would require a little renovation, but nothing serious. The menus were a bit limited and sometimes you needed a change. We knew about the beach that it is not the best possible and the location is a bit remote, but these are not the place's faults.

The staff and service were first class. You don't have to leave the Deluxe Pool Villa, there's plenty of sun and your own pool is great. You can even rent a scooter from the hotel and the nearest shops are within walking distance.

At low tide the beach is a little rocky and at least while we were there, the beach wasn't being used to its full potential which begged for loungers and umbrellas and maybe service from the nearby bar. There might be a reason but it would have been a nice way to enjoy the beach.

We loved the private beach and location which is off a relatively quiet road in a quieter section of the island, but still not too far away from the action and attractions. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating from arrival to the moment we departed. They have a great little app to contact reception for the usual things, which saves time and things getting lost in translation, although everyone speaks good English. My partner hurt her foot during our stay and the staff were constantly checking on her and helping to make sure she was looked after. The food at the restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. Our villa was very comfortable and the private pool lovely at night when it was hot out.

If I could rate it higher than 10 I would gone for it! It the BEST! Amazing location, the rooms are outstanding right by the sea. Very relaxing. The SPA service is very nice. As well for the restaurant, they have an incredibile selections on tasty food. also the staff is professional and welcoming. Simply the best hotel ever. Highly recommended.

The same as most others have said, the beach is very pebbly. Also as you walk further up it was a mess with washed up bottles and even needles at time of our stay. After the rock barrier it’s not really the resorts responsibility so no judgement there. But within that, a comb of the beach after high tide would be good. I’d also say that the floating breakfast is probably only worth it in the larger pools. It came with cows milk and yoghurt too after mentioning my partner can’t consume this stuff so a little disappointing but a nice gimmick for photos all the same. People have also mentioned the service charge and the pricing here being a little high, and although that’s true I think they’re fairly justified in that. Plenty cheap options a short walk away if you don’t want the beautiful views that come with the price tag here. You’d pay more at any beach club.

The location is stunning, and the bungalow we had was beautiful. Nicely located with shuttles to fisherman village and the central. Shame they aren’t more frequent but easy to plan your trip around. Beautiful private beach although very pebbly so not so much a ‘romantic walk beach’ and more just nice to sit on and look out. Food was great too, and the setting for dinner is hard to find elsewhere on the island, very much private beach club vibes with great service. Booking excursions was reasonable too and worth noting you can haggle on this. We don’t realise that was a thing until late into our travels, as a side note. This was a great venue to finish our stay and well worth its stars for sure. I also paid for the dinner by the sea add-on and we had a lovely time of it, the food was definitely a level above standard sitting, and the setting was stunning. There’s definitely some details I’d have liked to be better as I was there to celebrate and surprise my partner for her 30th. But overall this is a fantastic place to stay and the best of 5 different resorts I’d booked island hopping around Thailand.

Our room was very nice and was pleasantly surprised by the size. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices, we also ate in the evening which was also very nice, loved their Bruschetta's :). The Beach was a bit small. We had a room with our own pool so didn't use the main pool but did look very nice with a swim up bar. The staff were lovely and very helpful, couldn't fault them. Enjoyed some good Mojitos!

The ONLY thing- we would have loved to have been able to cast to the TV or have better satellite tv so we could enjoy our snuggle in the evenings :)

What was there not to like about this property? The staff were so so warm and kind and they made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived until we left. Ink, Tak, Aek, Ter, Boss, Little (to mention a few) were just the best. The villas themselves were beautiful with so much light and warmth, and we loved the pool! The layout was super cute. Breakfast was included in our stay so we enjoyed the selection they had and the staff would accommodate any food or drink wishes you had. We just loved our stay and the continued kindness they showed us throughout. We will be back soon!

The beach was not very large directly in front of the property - but to be fair - it was super windy - & I believe that affected the beach size .

The property was “well located “ - ie if you didn’t just want to be on the resort it was a very short walk to town / beach / restaurants etc . 15 min drive from the airport . The staff was very accommodating & friendly .
