Just the loud music late at night.

Sea view Bungalow has a nice location. Very close to restaurants and bars. The room was very comfortable, clean and organized. The only downside was the loud music from downtown. Just bring the necessary equipment to sleep good because the party stops around 2am and sometimes even longer hahah. Besides that the place is awesome and the staff are very friendly. A good taste of the local side as well. 🙌🏽

The property is at the top of a very steep hill so would be hard for anyone with mobility issues. Also very loud frogs on a night but actually didn’t mind as it drowned out the noise of the music coming from the town. Would recommend earplugs if light sleeper

Staff were really friendly and the rooms were really nice. If you are looking for a location further away from the main strip then this is perfect and great value for money for Phi Phi islands. The little bungalows are great and have everything you would need, air con worked great and have a big balcony to relax and take in the views. Would definitely come back here! They also carry your bags for you from the pier which is great.

You can hear the music coming from the beach bars well into the night.

The family who runs the property are really nice and helpful - they will meet you at the pier and help carry your luggage to and from the ferry. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view from the terrace was amazing!

The location was not the best. Had to walk up a very steep hill to reach the accommodation. There were also a few cockroaches in the bathroom & the shower didn't get warm

Only downside was the mosquitos at breakfast time around the seating area. Doors to room was a bit worn (lock was duff). At night you can hear the music coming from the bars on the beach but this is uncontrollable as it probably affects every hostel/bed stay.

The stay was out from the busy popular places on phi phi. The staff were friendly and took our luggage back down to the pier after we checkout. There were good options for breakfast. Nice walk back to the room in the evening (steep hill but didn’t bother us). The showers were cold and never heated up but it wasn’t too much of a problem as it was needed. Mega air con, it was that good it gave me a cold. Decent size room for 2 people.

Some steps need repair, felt a bit scary to walk at night. The actual bungalow was clean, but the area around was a bit dirty and smelly (it's not their fault, the whole island is like that) The place is not for older people or families, I think. But for people who came to have fun it's perfect, decent price! You can see the fire show from your balcony and hear the music as well :)

Friendly and helpful staff they met as at the port, helped to carry our bags. Nice views!

The steep hill to the place was tough and there was loud bass music played everyday until 3am so ear plugs are needed. These things of course aren't the hotel's fault but I would bear it in mind when booking. The fridge had a stale smell and the room was never cleaned during our stay. We both didn't feel entirely comfortable or clean staying here.

We liked that it was further away from the hustle and bustle. The surroundings of the room are nice. One of the staff members helped us with our luggage from the pier so the way there which is quite far and as there were no tuk tuks so this was very helpful. They provided a laundry service and breakfast.

You have to be fit to go here, the hill to the top is a killer. Hard bed. The bathroom gets soaked when you have a shower. Even though it’s a bit away from the strip, you can still hear the music/noise, which isn’t the hotels fault, but the doors are very thin

Good location a bit out of the mains trip which we liked. Okay views, and friendly staff. Good communication to meet at the pier and they take your bags for you in a trolley. Breakfast was nice. Good air con in the room.

We stayed for 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned once/no fresh towels which was disappointing. The music from the beach bars is SO loud very late into the night which isn't the accommodation fault but worth noting as it's hard to get a good night sleep

The accommodation is beautiful and the beds are the comfiest we've stayed in during our trip! They meet you off the boat and carry your luggage, we missed the email to arrange (my fault) this but they definitely offered it!

Bungalow needs some maintenance Also we didn’t have any service considering that we stayed for 3 nights. The stuff didn’t clean the room at all and nobody collected the rubbish for three days. We were not given water bottles as every other place where we stayed offered free water. We had to ask for it if someone was at the reception.

The view from our bungalow was nice. It’s was good to chill on the balcony with a cup of coffee overlooking the sea. Bungalow was not that perfect as it was on the pictures but it was okay. It’s a lot of wear and tear.

Amazing view of the beach and a little out of the centre so it was quite peaceful. It was nice to hear all of the wildlife around you which I don't think you would get staying in the centre due to all the noise and crowds.

Location isn't great - Long walk from the centre of town - wouldn't recommend for anyone who struggles with distance or steep hills. If you're happy with walking, beautiful stay.
