Loved it! It’s so beautiful. We booked four nights and stayed 12 - and were super sad to leave. you arrive at the Bungalows and instantly feel home. There’s two lovely cats running around, chickens, birds flying around. Lots of beautiful plants. The owners live in the property and are some of the nicest people you’ll meet. The included breakfast is delicious.

We liked everything. The hosts are so kind, the appartment was clean and beautiful. Breakfast was good and we loved the hammock and the green view and the few animals around :) They rent a good scooter for a good price and also they inform you well about the ferry.

If I had to be picky on details, i would of love to have real fresh coffee in the morning an not instant coffee. And I would add a few cushions on the exterior chairs... they are a bit hard, but again those are minor details that didn't affect my overall experience.

We had an amazing stay at Sabai House. You feel like in the middle of the jungle, it's very peaceful. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. You can rent a scooter directly with them for an honest price. The main beach is at less than 10 minutes away with the scooter. Every morning the breakfast was a beautiful and delicious surprise (fruit, eggs, coffee, mango sticky rice, etc...) They can do laundry for you for a very honest price also. There is cats, chickens and some birds around the place which really adds a cool atmosphere to the place. If I had to come back to Koh Yao Noi, I would definitely go to Sabai House again.

Absolutely everything was perfect at Sabai House Bungalow. This is definitely our favorite stay in over almost 2 months of travelling in Thailand. The hosts are kind, helpful and generous. The bungalows are very comfortable and well designed with high quality materials. The surroundings are great, with a lovely green garden. You can rent scooters directly from the place. Great breakfast served in the morning. I can only give positive feedback. We will definitely come back! Thanks so much for everything!

There's literally nothing, if you're someone that doesn't like bugs, do obviously expect mosquitos outside and expect the odd ant inside but that's expected with the location and the setting. Khaawp-khun ka!!!!

Amazing service! Got picked up from the port waiting for me as I arrived out of pure kindness not for money, the bungalow was incredibly clean and well maintained, the hammock was great, you can rent a scooter with them for the going rate, beautiful gardens and perfect location! I absolutely LOVED my time in koh yao noi thanks to this place. I got beautiful breakfast each day and they catered for me being vegan too, mango sticky rice, mango and banana cut up, toast and jam fresh orange sooo tasty, they are a lovely family!! I will never forget my time here.

The couple that owns the bungalows were extremely friendly and accomodating. They made sure we had everything we needed and helped with a last minute change of plans. The bungalows and surrounding area are gorgeous! If you are visiting in the rainy season, be aware that there is very little activity on the island.

Super peaceful spot on the island! A little inland, suggest hiring scooters for a fun way to get around the island! We were able to hire from the hosts. The hosts are amazing and very accommodating, they provide a nice breakfast every morning, we had to leave early morning on our last day so they made us breakfast before 6am! Couldn’t fault our stay here would come back again. Thank you!

We loved our stay at the sabai house bungalow. The bungalows are beautiful and spaceous, everything was there. We loved our home cooked breakfast (delivered on your own little balcony)! the hosts were extremely kind, drove us to the pier the day of our leave. Suberb!

Nothing, everything was much better than expected.

We loved absolutely everything, but Top #1 were the hosts. They were always there to help and simplify our stay. They surprised us every morning with a delicious breakfast, and they were always with a smile on their faces. The bungalows are beautiful, facilities are new and clean, and have some space for relax outside.

A very large, well built wooden style bungalow. Fridge, teapot with coffee and tea supplies. A nice porch with table, chairs, hammock. The mattress was soft and the bedding was good hotel caliper. …. And, they delivered a breakfast each morning ! - simple, but when someone brings me breakfast, it is fantastic. A small property, maybe 4 (?) bungalows, so is quiet and private. Not close to anything, so motorbike is essential. I stayed 3 nights.

This is the best place I've ever stayed, I love the cosy bungalow, stylishly finished and loved laying in the hammock on the decking, listening to birds. Very beautiful relaxing and peaceful place to stay, I didn't want to leave. The owners are lovely, very welcoming and hospitable and breakfast was lovely too. I hope to come back again, had a great time here and missing it already.
