Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Rooms are big well equipped with small kitchen area.Short walk into town.We originally booked ground or first floor,although no availability on arrival ,staff went over and above to help carry luggage upstairs for us,next day we were moved promptly to ground floor.All staff were friendly and helpful we had lots of laundry done which was very quick and efficient.

It was easy to rent a moped at the property too. Great location, really close to the Saladan pier and night market. The bed is comfortable and everything in the room works perfectly. GermanyThe owners are the nicest most heartwarming people ever. They made my stay 100% perfect, it felt like home thanks to them. The location is perfect, it's in a quiet street but only 200m away from the beach and Saladan City centre and walking street. Apartements are brand new and clean and you even have a small kitchen and fridge, which is super convinient. I could have not been happier with my stay and would 100% recommend!!

BrazilThe room was spacious e spotless clean! Bed was comfortable and what a nice surprise to have a little kitchen in the balcony. The lady who runs the hotel is lovely and helpful. The place itself is very quiet and calm. The location is good if you want to stay near the pier and town, but it is far from the beaches, soupy must rent a scooter or take taxis. It is a Greta value for money and an great option if you are staying longer. We loved it!
