An amazing property. The reception staff and the manager and all the desk employees including the concierge are more than 100% of excellence. The room was very spacious, extremely clean and the mini bar is free excluding alcoholic drinks. Fruits, chocolates, soft drinks and Evian water are free. The sea view is very soothing and calming. If you want to relax and have a peace of mind away, and away from the city hustles and noises; then this resort is the heaven that you are looking for. The Indian restaurant is a must to eat in it.

Loved how the 3 hotels are connected so there was ample sunbeds and pool space. This particular hotel was very exclusive so perfect for us. When we arrived we had a few issues but Natrada sorted them swiftly and was so friendly , we were put at ease . I even left my earrings and she located them and arranged postage. If it wasn't for her , our stay would not have been this amazing .

This is without doubt a true 5 star hotel and the experience is 10 on a scale of 9. The desk manager, Natandra is big part of the e'sprit de corp experience. Definitely one for the books. One would be hard-pressed to find a property that is so well branded to every detail. From the moment we arrived it was nearly impossible to open a door for ourselves. We stayed 4 nights and wish we would have stayed longer. We never once arrived, regardless of time, where we weren't greeted in the most gracious manner. The room was over-the-top and the turn-down service rivaled all other five star experiences we have ever had. Not use to having 8 to 10 truffles, including two each on our pillows every night, plus fresh fruit plater. Mind, we are professionals and very much in the know. This is without question in the top 5 of the the list "Amazing Places we Love to Review". Comfort was exceptional, service was beyond exceptional. The entire property is awesome. The pool water temperature was perfect, the softness and condition of the water was noticeably the best we ever experienced. Fresh clean towels were waiting for us whenever we departed the stairs of the pool. Room service menu didn't appear to be impressionable at first, but the presentation and flavors would rival many high end restaurant experiences. Room Service... mind you! Even the poolside food was mind-blowing... best Australian Beef Burger EVER. The appointments of the room were attentive to every detail, we loved the carousel entertainment center, the bathroom with the circular jacuzzi tub was most enjoyable, very sensual for couples. And the fragrances of the towels and linens. OMG! The consistency of excellence carried through in every detail.. But beyond the aesthetics, the actual comfort and class was the human experience. Ms. Natandra is so worth her weight in gold. The Best, the best, the best.

The whole experience at Royal Wing was fantastic. The staff were all exceptional but special mention to Thibault Sellier the Resident Manager, assistant manager Cheeky (haha), lovely lady at daytime reception, Burlay in housekeeping, Ratchanee the pool girl and Tam in the restaurant. All staff were excellent but these guys went above and beyond. One example. First day mentioned we don't need cappuccino pods in room just Espresso. From then on it was only espresso pods. Requested an iron and board first day. Delivered promptly and left in our room for duration of stay.Little things like this made the stay so personal. The room was magnificent and spotlessly clean. The restaurant in Royal Wing had a great selection of meals and reasonably priced for a resort of this standard. The pool was a beauty and crystal clear. I didn't want to leave and in fact returned three times on this trip. Even if you can't stay longer, try at least 2 nights. You will love it. Pro tip. Ask Thibault for restaurant recommendations outside resort. He nailed two for us. Cafe Des Amis and Glasshouse restaurant in Jomtien. Once again a sincere thank you to all and can't wait to get back. Hopefully in February or March.

Wow! Royal Wing exceeded all expectations. From concierge through to reception to housekeeping to wait staff to pool attendants to management could not fault anyone. Special mentions to Thibault Sellier the Resident Manager to assistant manager, Cheeky, (haha) , daytime receptionist to Burlay in housekeeping to Tam in restaurant and Ratchanee the pool girl. All went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. So good we came back 3 times on this trip. Royal Wing is the place you want to stay if you are travelling to Pattaya. The resort is beautiful with an incredibly large swimming pool located next to beach. The rooms are basically a 1 bedroom apartment, large and spotlessly clean. Restaurant serves up quality meals at a reasonable price for a resort of this standard. Anyone wanting to be spoilt on a holiday this is the place to stay. If you can't have an extended stay even 2 nights here will blow you away. Bonus tip. Ask Thibault the manager for restaurant recommendations outside the resort. He recommended Cafe Des Amis and Glasshouse restaurant in Jomtien and both were fantastic.

this was not like the description I find it hard to believe this is known as a five star hotel the rooms are nice but the tiling in areas are really poor the service of the staff at breakfast or dinner do not speak English so ask you for something like a cappuccino was very challenging, the Indian restaurant we asked for poppadoms she looked at us like we were aliens there's a couple of people have spoken English to majority of the staff did not, in the description its status on a private beach this is completely untrue by the sea but it's a two meter drop it's more like being by harbour, there was stairs to go down to the sea, full of mos, if you wend down I said competent swimmer be difficult to get back up there is no way children to go near here, also what they don't tell you if it's -2 other hotels won't be in the Rawcliffe Bridge in all the time we was there permanently at conferences mum was an Indian wedding I'm almost at a work conference I spoke to the manager he asked me if I didn't publish this article he would give me a credit of one or two nights I said it was disgraceful that I would try to blackmail someone but what I will do is speak hoping and honestly exactly what this is. The hotel it's a little bit out of the way you need to get a bike or a car I would recommend to find different accommodation I would like this is a 3 1/2 star hotel being generous.
