We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaBoth on booking.com and the website it claims to have a sauna, apparently they got rid of this some time ago, I was really disappointed as I don’t normally book places without a sauna. They shower really needs a refurb - the holder doesn’t fit the hose so you have to hold it by hand and can’t put it up at all, and the water pressure is too much for the hose so even if you put it in the holder lower down it flies out of the holder and whips around spraying water like some kind of crazy water dragon snake. Maybe it’s possessed. If it wasn’t drowning the bathroom I might have found it funnier. The gym equipment is antiquated and very rusty, I couldn’t adjust some things because of the rust. There were dead bugs in the drink holder in the gym. I still managed a decent workout but… ick. You need to pay a 3000bht cash deposit on arrival, which is fine, I know it’s a ‘party’ area and I’m sure they deal with a lot of crap, but it’s a lot more than is standard and I think they should make it clear so you don’t get caught out. These are little things, and I wouldn’t let them deter you from staying here.
The location of this beautiful hotel can’t be beat, you’re right next to the beach. The pool and gardens are incredibly beautiful. We had a Villa at the back of the property and felt so relaxed and tucked away from the hustle and bustle. It was a lovely place to retreat to. We loved the traditional style furnishings and really enjoyed our stay.

Please be aware you have to leave a 3000 baht deposit, was not good if returning home as you would have the money still,

The location, amenities and the grounds were excellent. The buildings were based on tradional type Thai buildings, which we liked. The staff were very friendly and willing to help with any request.

United KingdomWe loved most things—the only point of improvement would be the air conditioner in our second floor bedroom. It wasn’t working very well so that the kids staying on the first floor slept very well with the air conditioning below, but we sweltered upstairs. With that said, reception was very apologetic and sent a technician very quickly to check, but think it might need replacing as they didn’t help much. oh well, when in Thailand, have to expect some hot nights!
This hotel is gorgeous—beautiful traditional Thai architecture with lush grounds. An oasis away from the gritty hustle that is Patong but close enough to all the action and beach so that walking everywhere is possible. The staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful; nothing was too loch trouble and they were always available. Drinks by the pool were excellent!
