There was not a place where to hang out the laundry/wet bikinis. It was not so clean the room and the bathroom

Great location! It does get quite loud in the evenings due to the surrounding bars but that is to be expected and didn’t bother us. Friendly staff and got fresh bottled water every day, as well as complimentary water and hot drink options downstairs.

Watch your head if you are taller than 180 cm as the door frames are very low. Shower is in the middle of the bathroom so everything gets wet. AC doesn’t work.

Not a fault of the property but really loud until 2am with the bars and massage parlour. Fine if you're out late but if you want a quiet night, maybe not ideal.

The property was very basic and the room was very cramped. The noise levels at night were excessive. The room we were given did not match the description from Booking.com.

There is a Sports Bar at the end of the street that plays live music which is extremely loud and makes it nearly impossible to sleep without ear plugs before 1am.

Really friendly staff that was accommodating to all our needs. Room utilized the space really well with wardrobe, desks, and dresser. Nice small balcony and comfortable bed. Really accessible to all the most important points on the island.

Honestly, for the price I paid I feel like the room was more than I could have asked for, no complaints from me. There is some noise from all the nearby bars, but that is to be expected.

Location is excellent, the hotel didn't show up on Google Maps, but through the route on Booking.com it was pretty easy to find as there was a big sign down the alley. The hotel is in the middle of a nice area for nightlife, lots of pubs/bars in the same street as the hotel. Personnel was friendly, room is small but comfortable.

This place is a small bit on the louder side due to its location but we found it fine as we the location was amazing and staff were so nice.

Prime location was close bars, restaurants and beaches. The friend were so kind and friendly, always made sure we were ok and if we needed anything. Free coffee during the day.

Very aggressive and bad attitude from the receptionist, she said she doesn't usually welcomes our country. We went up to the room the water was cold and when we came down at 20:01 she yelled at us that the reception is closed and we should wait for the morning, this was literally 5 minutes after check in. The room was filled with ants, the windows were blocked by water containers and no safe no tv no fridge and bad lighting. A horrible experience we switched hotels after the 2 nights we booked and had and lovely experience at the "phi phi ocean club".

well located, but still away from loud night clubs. Both of the main beaches were at a walkable distance. beds were very comfortable and we were provided with water bottles and toilet paper every morning. we had a fantastic stay and the host was lovely and very helpful!

The water in the bathroom totally stopped working majority of the time(toilet, shower, sink.. everything) which definetly was not ideal and really annoying. They put up a paper on the wall with time frames of when the water would work, But it also did not work in these time frames.. also the water from the sink was often brown(propbaly rust) when it worked. We also had to give a deposit for some reason, when We arrived, which is a bit unusual, however We did get it back at check-out. Also pretty expensive for a room with a very unfunctional bathroom. They should warn their customers against the water issues before People book a room.

It is very noisy till around 1am, so you can't sleep even with ear plugs - the music is as loud as if you were in the bathroom of the club at times. Also, the room is super tiny - good for just sleeping in.

The location was very central and close to the beach, restaurants, and a short-walking distance from the pier. Okay price for double room considering the location and the fact that Koh Phi Phi is more expensive in general.
