Rooms are very spacious and we liked them but I guess most guests wouldn't find them the most fancy

The resort and its surroundings is wonderful, great facilities, delicious food and above all, the atmosphere and the service are just perfect. Take me back to Robinson!

The location is a bit remote and there are not many attractions nearby. The gym was open only until 8pm, which is rather short. Would have preferred to have it open 24 hours or at least until midnight like in other comparable hotels.

Great facilities, pool villa was fantastic. The beach was clean and rather empty. Dinner buffet was rich and very tasty. The staff was extremely helpful and kid friendly.

Excellent sport center with sport activities. Lovely beach (water is not clear unfortunatelly). Well maintained hotel. Good breakfast. Walk distance to very good local beach restaurant and massages.

I have to say that I was quite disappointed by the food at Robinson Club. It appears that the main audience of this hotel is European families, but the food there was not even average for a hotel. Thai food is a very familiar cuisine for Asians, and my experiences of 4 days at Robinson Club was that the food was adjusted to cater to "Western" taste, and definitely not authentic Thai food. Also we booked a Thai massage, and the experience was also below average. It just seems like they don't bother trying.

The property is very expansive and spacious, so was the room. The swimming pools and leisure areas were plenty, so it is very nice to be able to just walk around, take a swim or just sit and chill.

Beautiful, huge resort area. Stunning pools and delicious food! We were here also 2019 and came back 2023 and hopefullu in the future too. Recommend the villa with the own pool, amazing.

Being a German chain it was well catered to German guests and hardly any other nationalities were visiting at the time. It is far from town and the hotel over charges for everything compared to other locations. Disappointing when you pay for full board but can only eat/drink at specific times. Otherwise have to pay extra.

The food was superb and a great variety to choose from. Every day there was different themes. The resort is a little tired however when you drive around to other resorts in Khao Lak you soon appreciate this one. The grounds itself are well kept. The Thai staff are lovely, the beach is nice and overall it's a good resort.

2 downsides: - the resort is far from the village, so you cannot just leave the resort and walk there. So you will mainly eat/stay in the resort. The all inclusive prices (breakfast, lunch, dinner) are much more expensive than the rest of Thailand's restaurants and you cannot order a la carte, only buffet. - because you are in a tropical resort, and the rooms are outside, insects easily get in the room. I found a cockroach in my wardrobe and every night I woke up several times because my arms were itchy because of mosquito bites. And one more thing, not necessarily negative, but the rooms can use some renovation. It was a lovely room, spacious and with spa-feeling, but the furniture and construction was quite old.

The whole resort was amazing, exactly like you would expect from a 5 star resort. I can't begin to write positive points as everything was so amazing. What a paradise

No good restaurants on the Resort territory, expensive but tasteless. The nearest good local restaurant is at 20 minutes beach walk distance.

Good pool villa at the remote part of the Resort. Great breakfast is.served at the Terrace cafe with stunning seaview.

There is NOTHING to not love about rhis reosrt

This resort is 5 star... there is nothing to want, everything is there. Staff are incredible and absolutely do everything to make you feel relaxed and pampered to. Every room is immaculate, the facilities 5 star, entertainment 5 stars, food 5 stars. There is nothing to want at this resort , it has it all.. We spent 10 nights in beachfront villa , and 2 in a standard double room. Of course the beachfront villa with private pool was mindblowingly eye candy and so luxurious,.. The standard double room was just as amazing for different reasons. Doesnt matter where you are in this resort , it is magucal. Of everywhere l have ever stayed in my life Robinson Khao Lak is hands down 100% THE MOST Beautiful, INCREDIBLE resort l have ever, and probably will ever have the pleasure of staying at.. Thank you so very much much Robinson Khao Lak for making our holiday UNFORGETTABLE in every wonderful way, we LOVED OUR TIME WITH YOU.

Hotel booking offered free transportation to hotel from airport which was part of the reason we booked with booking.com . When we tried to organise this we were told this was not included in our booking despite it clearly saying it was on site and informed by customer services . This was very disappointing and misleading band still not been resolved . The taxi cost us over £60 each way which the hotel organised for us very efficiently but I still believe should have been included for the journey from airport on arrival as advertised.
