Had a swimming pool super close to beach and shop. Great location . Staff were really nice they had an on-site restaurant. WiFi worked well good fridge and air on. Free toiletries provided. Great service and price

The family room was excellent. It had a double bed and a bunk bed for our 2 teenage boys. The bunk bed was solid and so it didn't creak or make noise when our son climbed up and down at night. The location was a convenient short walk to the beach and even through our room opened up directly to the pool, we never felt bothered by other hotel guest using the pool due to the tinted windows. Overall the room layout was just well done. We had enough space for all our luggage (4 people!) and the bathroom was spacious. Staff was super friendly and when we had an unexpected cancellation of another accommodation we could stay an extra night. We also rented motorcyles through them at the correct price. All was easy and comfortable

The hotel is owned by non-locals and the owners clearly do not want to interact with guests. During our stay (2 weeks) they had two parties in the pool that involved a lot of drinking and loudness. Beer in the pool made the pool unusable for the day after. It seemed they welcome guests from their country very warmly but anyone else less so. Thankfully the staff is local and really friendly and helpful.

Family room with bunk beds and the pool were great bonus. Breakfast was the best we had on the island. Delicious, healthy and very friendly service. Great coffee too!

The room was very dirty, dusty as if it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. They did not replenish the amenities until we went to ask them (toilet paper, shower gel ....) We stayed for 8 nights and the bed sheets were never changed. The room is not really soundproof, so you can hear the other guests talking at night. All in all we think it has the potential to be an amazing hotel, but it needs to be better taken care of.

There are many positives: comfy bed, very good shower, good AC, bar-restaurant downstairs, good position.

The only thing, is that sometimes the hot water box (in the shower) would stop working - but a staff member would rectify the issue immediately! :)

The kids loved their bunk bed! - the location. Walking distance to the beach and many food places. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to visit again!

We had a lovely stay here. Jen and the staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was ideal, close to a few local restaurants that were amazing! It was only a short walk down to the beach. We rented a bike through the accommodation and were able to get our laundry done too. We were able to refill our water bottles at the bar which was ideal! Would recommend staying here.

I liked the fact that the hotel was small and s few meters away from the main road. Due to the recent Covid restrictions there were not many guests and therefore a few things were not fully functional/operational (no hot water which I mentioned but wasn’t turned on; I could only use wifi from day 2; the pool water wasn’t cleaned). However, the lady running the place was very kind and helpful and I found the hotel very clean. The breakfast was generous with a choice of 4 breakfast sets including coffee and juice. The room was very spacious and offered hairdryer, fridge (complimentary water), aircon and a nice modern industrial design. The beach was a 100m walk away.

The establishment is due for a good deep clean and tender loving care! The table for the TV and Sat Box set was covered in sticky dust. The remote controls also covered in dust and stacked up behind the TV. Then the night stand on one side was full of sand. The bed bord, the tea kettle and mirror covered with sticky dust thats been there for ages… both water glasses were filthy, then you look behind the clothes hamper and trash can and dust balls roll for freedom… Since were going to stay here for 7 nights… we figured we would clean what we could. Then we tried the TV and notice that there are no batteries in the remote and actually only 1 plug, so you cant actually use the Sat box and TV at the same time. We advised front desk, they came to our room to see what was happening, so we showed them the dust at the same time, the man smiled nervously but did nothing about it. Then he said he would get a new TV and Sat box after trying several solutions.. Someone came on the last day to attempt fixing it. They mentioned it was only Thai stations, so we said not to bother. In the 7 nights we were there, we asked for room cleaning twice. They passed the broom and made our bed. Thats about it! We never received new towels nor did they change the sheets. We went to Front desk mid week to ask for new towels. They emptied the trash once and we actually had to bring the trash to the front desk on the second cleaning. They never provided new soap, water, toilet paper or coffee. We asked front desk toilet paper…They never cleaned the shower drain so my boyfriend actually had to do that to let the water drain. The mattress is quite old and sinks in several places, it would need to be changed. The sheets have permanent stains and the some towels have shreds. We also found 3 different laminated papers with 3 different hotel names and wifi passwords hidden under the tea kettle, so this gives you an idea how the cleaning is just not done properly.

Location and budget friendly. The pool can be a plus, it was also cared for every day.

Unfortunately, the hotel staff and the owners friends had their own party which very loud music the day I stayed there, that lasted until very late at night/early in the morning. I was not able to sleep! The manager handled it very, very badly and even accused me of lying (because I said he did not inform me about the scale of this - which of course he did not!) I would have never stayed there if I had known that there would be a huge party until so late at night. He then promised me we would talk about the price at check out, but the next morning, no one was there when I had to check out!! Horrible experience!

we liked everything about our stay

had a family room on the second floor (corner room with private balcony, room me 6) as I wished for the quietest room. and it was! no noice from the pool or the street. we stayed for 10 days with our 10 month old and the room was spacious. the baby monitor reached to the restaurant downstairs and my partner and I could have a drink in the bar or read a book by the pool whilst the little one was taking naps. extra plus that you get unlimited refills on water everyday in the bar! and Alice is a superstar!

Pool not cleaned and no deck chairs provided for guests staying upstairs. Room not cleaned despite hanging the sign (towels, toilet paper replaced etc.)

The room was clean and the pool was nice. May be in a good location in high season but hard to tell as everything was closed in late September.
