The balcony furniture

The hotel was easy for the taxi to find from Krabi port. The hotel staff were very friendly. Room was clean with a balcony overlooking the river. The location was great as just around the corner from the night market. There is also a great little restaurant below the hotel. There was one issue as the balcony table collapsed due to the metal holding the glass below being old. The glass top fell and the table fell apart. Luckily we were not injured but I did have a bruise to the leg. I was worried that this would cause a problem but the receptionist was very sweet about it all. I would say the place needs to upgrade the balcony furniture but apart from that it was a pleasant stay.

The drain in the bathroom frequently overflowed, the TV was a smart TV but we weren't able to use that part of its function and could only get local channels. The TV looked like it had seen better days and the socket in the wall was totally exposed as well, so this added to us not wanting to use TV.

Then room while basic suited our needs as we simply used it as a base to explore Krabi

A pool and an elevator would make it perfect! But staff were very helpful with assistance with luggage.

Location very central. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Very clean and comfortable. Everything we need in short walking distance.

No lifts landing, but fortunately we stayed in level 2. Just need to take into consideration if you have elderly parents with not so great legs and/or big and heavy luggage. Wifi provided, but not very stable.

Very comfortable, ensuite toilet with water kettle, TV hair dryer and a fridge. Provided us with towels, soap and drinking water. Also has a small cupboard with hangars. Very central location, the night walking street and night market along the river are within 5 mins walk from the hotel. Also around 30-40 min drive from the airport depending on traffic conditions. Finally they have a mini restaurant at their lobby that serves great coffee and food. My parents love their coffee a lot.

The shower head was affixed to a holder that made the water spray at a bad angle. The room we opted for was on the top floor (third floor) so it's a bit of a climb. But we didn't really mind the extra exercise....

The room is very spacious with a great view of the river. It was clean n the bed was big and very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant n helpful.. The hotel is located near the nightly Krabi Night Market and the newer Black Crab night market. It's also across the road from esplanade along the river.

View and town of krabi. The room I had was on the top(4th) facing the river. I found it unique. And 2 local markets nearby. The hotel was about 35minutes to day trip companies, but all offered transfer.

Although it didn't bother us, we were on 4th floor and hotel has no elevator. Some many find this hard.

Location was perfect as we wanted a hotel with walking distance to night markets and exploring mangroves. One of our rooms had fabulous river views. Rooms were exceptionally large and AC worked really well. No restaurant, but lots of nearby eateries. In the heart of the town, easy to arrange taxi etc. We visited Emerald Pool, Hot Springs and Tiger cave temple from here. AO nang beach and island excursions are 20 mins away.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable, too firm for me.

Great value for good location, close access to night markets and pier to Railay. Room was clean, nice little patio.

The bed way to hard, the aicon extremly cold at night even when turned up....had to turn it off then woke up sweating.....no extra blankets....lacks character ,..like a hospital room, no pictures sterile but clean

Bathroom was definitely not cleaned before we went into the room. No toilet paper, rubbish bin full and best not describe the other thing.

It serves it's purpose. Wifi worked fine. Organised our taxi to the airport and was able to store our bag there for the day
