The car park a bit far from the lobby.

The bath tub and bed were very comfortable and nice. The area was quiet and peacfully. The breakfast was good and had a lot of choices.

Clean, stylish, Hightech rooms , super location, great view on the river from the rooms (402-406), very friendly personnel. Great breakfast. Delicious cocktails in the evening! Great value for the money! Can absolutely recommend!!!

Breakfast quality was excellent, but felt rushed when getting like 30 minutes to buffet closing time. We took used (by others) pool slippers from our room and were called to send them back or get charged. That was a first. It also indicates that the same cheap slippers are reused for multiple guests.

Nothing, next time I stay I will bring small fragrant camphors to spread around the water outflow the bathroom for for occasional odor coming out. Staff tried their best though to spray with fragrance sprayer when we checked in the room... really enjoy the room & garden though.

The garden and greenery... all these gives relaxing ambience. Morning birds chirping & cooler weather is so refreshing. The pond & garden outside our bungalows Reminded us of 5 star villa ambience. There is small Shop on reception but no drink/ snack shop on the river side. you are allowed to sit there during the day after breakfast though. Owner can consider providing a self service coffee/ tea/ juice/ snack n fruit bar Facility on river side so we can enjoy more on the relaxing riverside :)

The location is great and peaceful. The hotel well designed and looks like a brand new. It’s clean and the room was really good. I liked the view and bathroom. Breakfast can be improved. There was a small breakfast buffet but I think it was not busy day then the management just offered a small breakfast buffet. The Employees were respectful and friendly but they can be more proactive and check the tables for set up and guests’ needs.

The only remark… walls between the rooms are very thin what means that you hear very well discussions in rooms nextdoor. We had room 407 and there we heard a pump starting and stopping all night … that was not so nice.

Very clean everywhere, superfriendly staff, super swimmingpool, nice view on Mekong and Laos. Good restaurant, breakfast buffet ok. Generally very calm, on walking distance from walking street.

The view of the river from the Double Room with Balcony rooms is spoiled by the riverside rooms overlooking the bare cement roof of the restaurant and kitchen. They should cover it up with artificial turf at least. The refrigerator didn't work while I was out of the room. I didn't enjoy the breakfast food.

The room and hotel in general were very serene and quiet. The hotel pool and grounds look very nice. The room is spacious, clean, well decorated and quite comfortable. The restaurant is right next to the river with a lovely view and the mango smoothie I had was really good.

Strange! There isn't even one single hook or towel bar in the bathroom! We guess maybe the owner doesn't like making a hole on the wall because even toilet paper was put in a container instead of a holder on the wall! It's "very" inconvenient trying to take a shower and get dressed. Hot water in our room (Room 209) was not steady, once in a while you get shocking cold water. For me, breakfast could taste better. Very good coffee but the automatic coffee-maker was rather slow and people had to wait in line.

The property is quite new so everything still looks good and clean. The room has very good size with very comfortable bed. I liked the small sitting area looking out to the river (if you have a river view room) and a small balcony. We went during the cool season when the weather was about 15c. in the morning so it was very refreshing to leave the balcony door open. Breakfast area and coffee shop are located right by the river, great atmosphere. The hotel is located about 500 m. to the Rim Kong River Walk where you can stroll along the river to the Chiangkan Walking Street. Friendly, helpful and attentive staff.

The room was not compliant with my booking, poor view on the mekhong river, they switch my room with a chinese person son they hate European People. The bathroom after a shower was à swimming pool, vers skippers, no glass as the description of the room. Plastic sausage at breakfast and need to request fried eggs, so many staff for what ? This hotel must be removed from the on line European booking.com platform

Other guests no manner to keep the noise down eventhough they are kids still there parents should take control of there people better, from what we have to deal with they were jumping around laughing loud all night long moving furnitures around at 11.00 pm and all day if they are at the room.
