Unfortunately there were a lot of ants in the bathroom which isn't the end of the world but if you ran a bath there were lots floating in the water.

The facilities were great and the decor was luxurious. I loved the addition of a jacuzzi bath. It was my girlfriend's birthday and they were very accommodating. At the end of our stay they even drove us to our next accommodation which was a nice touch

Unfortunately, the food was the weak spot of the hotel. As a person who find the dining and food as an important part of staying in a hotel. The food was tasteless and the drinks like the Thai tea were flavorless while the price was REALLY high. So unfortunately, I can't recommend the hotel's restaurant. Furthermore, the water in the shower was warm and not necessarily hot.

The hotel and the room was spotless, and the staff made sure to show us around when we arrived. The location is a bit far from the center, but the place provides free shuttle from and back to the hotel. Furthermore, I must praise the staff, we booked the hotel for the wrong dates, but they made sure to contact us when we didn't arrive at the check in and took care of us very quickly and we really appreciate it!

They are unfortunately a little understaffed. Many staff seemed to work in various places.

Please have printed menus on recycled paper. The restaurant only had qr codes. Myself and others believe it or not enjoy a meal with conversation and leave phones in the room. Printing a few menus on recycled paper really isn’t going to cause environmental damage. If we are into that debate then maybe look at the crazy amount of aircon and grass watering. Apart from that amazing hotel. Thanks

Price a bit steep. Very little, here and there.

All. A tasteful luxury resort, bungalow only type of rooms with 2 superb swimming pools and a very relaxing spot and structure on the river. Very professional and friendly service. In French calme, luxe et volupté. Started with 3 nights, extended with 2 other ones even at a higher price ( hotel was full). Restaurant very nice with good food at very reasonable price in a very romantic atmosphere.
