Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

TaiwanThe water pressure of the faucet is a bit low but it doesn't affect the accommodation experience.
Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Location is really great. It's a simple, clean and cozy hotel, without luxurious facilities and decorations, but everything is just right. The staff are very kind and will patiently help you solve your problems. Overall, I stay here for 8 days alone and It's a really great experience.

The room , staff and management were top class. Free bottled water and hot water dispenser available, along with free tea bags , and sachets of coffee and Ovaltine. The location is superb, down a quiet narrow street, but within a two minute stroll of the Thapae Gate - cafe's and restaurants.

ThailandFor this price point, it was very comfortable, clean and very good value. The only problem for me was the smoking area just by the front entry. As I don't smoke cigarettes, I did not like the entry or exit experience having to walk through the bad smells.
A very comfortable, fully equipped and well managed guest house in the middle of Old Town Chiang Mai perfect for exploring markets and temples and restaurants. Exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations...

SingaporeThe door to the bathroom couldn't close properly due to a damage/ plastic coming off. As I stayed alone, it wasn't an issue.
It felt homely. It was clean, staff were nice. I like the lobby area where you can sit and wait for Grab, and have some food. The staff were welcoming and remind you to on fan/ there's water etc. Thank you!

Helpful staff, decent location and easy to walk to hit spots. Room was spacious but a little tired. Housekeeping daily with water given but there is also a water refill machine that’s free to use downstairs.
