A special thank you to Jennie and Ben Ben, two outstanding young professionals who went above and beyond to make our stay an amazing experience. The food at the resort is exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options that cater to all tastes. Breakfast is plentiful and diverse, featuring everything from fresh fruits and pastries to a Bloody Mary bar—yes, even a Bloody Mary for breakfast! AustraliaI love that the hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip of bars and restaurants of chaweng although you can always take a shuttle van provided by the hotel daily to make a trip down down, which was perfect for what we wanted. and a small walk down to the beach for a Nice walk In the mornings was perfect. the quiet and peaceful surroundings complimented out stay here. the resort is amongst a beautiful landscape of trees that are well maintained o the entire resort we didn't experience any major insect issues. everything in the resort was walking distance, from the hotel buffet to the restaurants and pools. we stayed in villa along the beach front which we'd highly recommend if you were travelling with you partner. overall, it was a perfect and comfortable stay. every staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

The hotel was wonderful with excellent amenities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the rooms beautifully kept. Breakfast options were also very good with options of fresh juices and freshly made pancakes, waffles and eggs. Spa facilities were very good albeit expensive. Would love to stay here again.

Safety and comfort are the most obvious factors. Guaranteed improvement in fitness through constant climbing of the stairs. Beautiful pools , especially the pavilion pools.

I would like to highly recommend the renaissance hotel and concierge service by the JENNIE PROM. She makes our vacatione better than we expected. She recommend the elephant entertaitment and she booked for us the hotel taxi for all day with scasual of the seeseeing everything worth to see and do in Koh Samui. Even that she booked for us the table in the most crould skybar in the Bangkok. The hotel is a perfect place for the relax, food are deliciois and the staff are very helpful.

NetherlandsThe bathroom is "open" in the room, that can be a bit bothering for non-couple. The hotel is located on the hillside, something to consider by people with reduced mobility.
The highlight of our stay has been the level of quality of the service provided by the staff. Absolutely amazing! The resort is beautiful and secluded. Few people around the pool, no issue to get sunbeds. Peaceful environment, perfect to disconnect and recharge. Beautiful room.

VietnamThe hotel is located a bit further from the night markets and main streets so you have to take taxis or rent a motorbike to get there. But it’s not a big deal and we loved the peace and quiet area.
We enjoyed every minute of our stay! The staff are super friendly and helpful, rooms are big and clean with all you need inside and the service is just great. Rich breakfast and great food at the the other restaurants in the hotel. There is a private beautiful beach and the hotel has quite atmosphere and surroundings, away from the busy streets of Koh Samui. Nice gym and the spa is excellent. Can’t wait to go back!

It’s almost boutique in its size and style and the staff ask your name and remember it, they are all amazing and really helpful but a huge shout out to Woody, Kim and Ken who made our holiday. The pool, gardens and private beach were always impeccable and never crowded. If you want to get away from it all and relax, this is the place…..oh and did I mention how great the food was?
