We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Staff very nice and helpful and good location. We were given complimentary late check out until 2pm which was a bonus. Breakfast ok, but a bit repetitive.

ThailandIt's in need of some TLC - the pool.tiles, the gym is awful, decking by the pool is rotting, the mezzanine in our duplex was extremely noisy and creaky, curtains in the room let in light. I've stayed here before (6 years prior) and it has been let go a bit since then. Shame. Just needs up keep!
Friendly knowledgeable helpful reception staff, breakfast variety, location, swim up bar with two happy hours (2hrs long), pool size, bedroom size, and professional and efficient cleaning staff. Plus - the look of the place- the decor.

ThailandThe pillows were too high. They had no soft and flatter pillows. It’s a far walk to the better beach where Centara is located but it is walkable and doable. Lobby area is small and cramped.
Great pool area, helpful staff and spacious, clean rooms. Easy access to massage places, restaurants, pharmacy, 7 Eleven, etc all along the road. I love all the eco items in the room and they provide distilled water in the reusable glass bottles. Breakfast was okay. It’s about 5-10 minutes walk to the nearest beach for the longtail boats and lots of restaurants and cafes all along the beach area.

Spain- Beds are not too comfortable, i had some trouble sleeping. - Our room location next to the reception, so it was loud early in the morning. - Power outages that for some reason only affected rooms, not the entire hotel or other hotels around. - Facilities are worn down in many areas, it needs renovations
- Location is very good, close to everything yet not in the middle of all activity. - The hotel itself is nice and there are not major flaws. - The breakfast provided is good - The staff was friendly and nice, not amazing, but good.

United KingdomA few inconveniences: Our room wasn’t ready at check-in time. Breakfast starts at 7 am yet on the first morning they weren’t fully ready for another 10-15 min. Massage pricing was higher at reception vs the website and a sign in the lift, but staff wouldn’t honour the lower price.
Large room with comfortable bed and big balcony. Robes and slippers provided. Excellent breakfast, large pool, good location.
