The Restaurants and bars were very pricey for the area. The property advertised a spa and when we tried to book we were told that it had closed down.

The location on it's own beach was fantastic, the views of Koh Samed were beautiful. The restaurants and Bars were welcoming hover very very expensive for the quality and choice of food. We discovered better places to eat and drink only a short drive from the hotel. The rooms were very nice, simple and older in style, but clean and the staff were very helpful.

We didn't like the noisy toilets and the fact the bathroom door didn't go all the way to the floor.the air conditioning unit was dripping water .the beach was really nice but ruined by the amount of litter left everywhere

No vegan options. When we first got there, we ate at the on-site cafe. It was VERY expensive. I guess we paid for the atmosphere, the ocean view, and the convenience. We went off-site and rented a motor bike and we found beer and meals for 70-80% less. Other than the breakfast buffet, we never ate at the resort again. If you don't mind the expense, it is a very good resort.

Private beach, friendly staff. We requested vegetarian/vegan options for the provided breakfast buffet. For Chinese New Year, the hotel put on a special buffet. Out of ten main dishes, only one or two were considered vegetarian (forget vegan, they just have no concept). I complained. The super friendly staff offered to make us a special fried rice and a vegetarian curry. We did that for the rest of our stay. We definitely got enough to eat. The staff always had a smile on their faces. They seemed always ready to accommodate. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is old but still ok. The main issue is the poor management and untrained staff. The room service is from 11AM to 5PM. The pool bar closes at 5PM wich is the most pleasant time to enjoy a drink by the pool. There were no towels in the swimming pool. I had to ask 3 times for the staff to bring. I requested for a baby crib previously during the reservation and they said I would havebto upgrade the room size to fit, so I paid more and upgraded, but when I arrived they said they forgot and it was too late for them to assemble, so only on the next day they would provide.

The spacious layout of the resort is very well conceived, with a nice swimming pool area and nice restaurants. The sea views of the resort and the surrounding forest makes the location attractive.

Hotel getting run down though in parts ,has potential to be a upmarket hotel maybe there still struggling from covid but would definitely stay again if we ever go back that way.

Staff very very friendly and helpful although we stayed midweek was very quiet might be busier on the weekends.Excellent location with sea views all around little Beach was a bit dirty but the water was clear.Breakfast was ok and the pools were fantastic little one for the kids and the big one with a 3m depth goid for diving.

The hotel is clearly some years old and whilst efforts have clearly been made to maintain its quality ( for example our bathroom had been recently refurbished) the air conditioning was not as effective as we expected and rather noisy. The daily room rate was the lowest we experienced in our 2 weeks in Thailand which covered a week in Bangkok and 5 days on Koh Chang

Breakfast was ok. The location was fantastic for a short stay with wonderful views. The swimming pools were very good although the large pool area was rather lacking in character. The highlight for us was eating in your Thai restaurant which has a lovely ambience and views. The food was very good and the staff were very friendly and welcoming

My first room did not have a good view. There was a big tree blocking it. The staff was kind enough to let me transfer on my second day. The breakfast was good. Enough assortment for both local and foreigners. The second location by the pool was better than the bigger area in a different location though.

Such a shame that such a stunning hotel is clearly not very popular as there were very few guests and a lot of the hotel is in disrepair.
