Only half a balcony and no shade on the rooftop

I had only a half of a balcony, the other half was blocked by a pot store sign, Rooftop is too hot and unshaded for the afternoons, but nice arsunset

Rooms (some) in main building did not have balconies or large windows with any view. The pool was in a separate building and was very small but as we were close to the beach we didn’t use it anyway. The room we stayed in on the last day was not as spacious or up to date, but did have a balcony.

Rooms were spacious and housekeeping was excellent. Linen was high quality and fresh towels and water were provided daily. Bathrooms were really excellent with a separate shower and deep bath. Reception staff were helpful and professional. There was no issue getting our deposit back at the end of the stay, once staff had inspected the room.

Hotel staff couldn’t english, last day they charge us for something we didn’t do or see in our room. They couldn’t talk english and not service minded in professional way! It was very bad memory for whole of our travel.

My main issue was with the WiFi and general mobile coverage. Access to our room involved a lot of stairs. This was made clear on the booking, but still a surprising amount. On a positive note, my daily steps went up!

The location was very good, close to the beach and a huge variety of restaurants and other food outlets.

You could probably get something nicer at this price point given that this is Phuket but I thought the convenience of the location made it worth it.

The location is very convenient, right at the heart of city Center and easy walking access to a lot of prime spots.

During check out, the staff made us pay for one hand towel and missing umbrella. She claims that the hand towel was dirty and will not be able to be washed. She also claims that umbrella was missing from the room. We did not even use the umbrella in the room, probably was missing from the first day. We don’t know. When asked to check the cctv to verify if we ever bring an umbrella out of the room and our bags, the staff just ignored and only returned partial of our deposit.

The jacuzzi area was poorly maintained and the rooftop wasn’t in good shape.

The property is in a good location with many food places across the street , a 7eleven on the doorstep and the beach less than a 5 minute walk. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. There is also a local bus to Phuket town just 3 minutes walk from the hotel. We also found that the room was spacious and the bathroom had a shower and a separate bathtub.

• Beds weren’t very comfy, however, this wasn’t really a deal breaker for us. • Charged 200baht when checking out as one of the bath towels (which had been used for 2 days) had a small patch of mascara on it.

• Very spacious rooms with amenities such as; functional aircon, hair dryer, TV and fridge. • Located in central Patong, which means there is only a short walk to the beach and Bangla road. It is also surrounded by different shops and restaurants. • Staff 24/7 abailable at reception, seemed very nice.

The bed was rock hard, may as well have slept on the floor. The shower had good water pressure but the shower head pointed horizontal to the floor and water sprayed all over the bathroom the first time. At least our room had a shower curtain, other rooms did not.

The Hotel location was great. Very close to the beach, restaurants and Bangla Road. The room was ok.
