From the location to the lovely staff, Ratilanna was a fantastic choice for us- we had chosen to spend a few days in Chiang Mai to explore some adventure sports like rafting & zip lining. Having this resort to return to was the icing on the cake- what a wonderful treat to return to after an exhilarating day! The breakfast too was extensive & delicious☺️

The mosquitoes! But the hotel gave great advice and provided mosquito spray, suggested to keep balcony doors closed, and they provided outdoor mosquito burners, indoor electric liquid burners, and electric mosquito killing lanterns!!

Definitely a 5 ***** Resort!!! The employees were awesome. Housekeeping was amazing!! The jacuzzi tub, gym, pool and restaurant were fantastic! Great gift shop!!! Checking out went quite smoothly!

The "antique" lift was really slow. It paused into silence for a few seconds after reaching the selected floor. For a moment, we thought we missed pressing the floor button.

Riverside dining was great especially having our daily morning breakfast there. A quiet and relaxing dining experience. The morning buffet was great and has a lot of varieties. Room wooden floor was polished and clean. In fact, we do not even need to put on bedroom slippers Front desk and restaurant staff are very helpful. They even offered to contact the local tour operator which we booked through the website and when we have problems in reaching them.

Bacon for breakfast and more choice of seasonal fruits (lychee, mangosteen, mango) as well as fresh juices like orange, coconut or fruit shakes would have been nice. More international news channels like BBC and CNN would be nice too.

I liked the tranquility of the location by the river and no music was played, just enjoying the sounds of nature. Very nice decoration too in Lanna style. A very nice hotel with friendly staff.

Can't think of a thing if was all terrific.

The pool was magnificent. Tiles were smooth, it's as wide as it was long and only lightly chlorinated. Staff were attentive and kind. You feel taken care of from the moment you arrive. Even asked for a different pillow and got a memory foam contour pillow thats better than the one I have at home. Buffet breakfast usual western and eastern offerings. egg station, french toast, pancakes, congee, fried noodles fresh fruit etc. This place is all class and luxury.

one could see the hotel was closed for quite some time due to Covid so some elelents of fit out were worn.

The place is temple more than hotel and you can see the Idols everywhere and i am not recommended for muslims .
