Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CambodiaThe WI FI was absolutely terrible as you had to keep putting in the your room number & code every few hours as it kept kicking you out. Every time you returned to your room you would have to put in the WI FI code & room number which was very annoying indeed. Another issue was the sun lounges by the pool had no cushions so u had to lay on solid wood which was very uncomfortable, this was a disappointment as I specifically booked this hotel for the rooftop pool & sun lounge area.
I was extremely happy with the hotels location, room was great very comfortable.

The hotel was in an ideal location, just about 300m from Khaosan Road. I was worried since the reviews of most hotels in the area said that it was noisy at night. However, there were no disturbances. The check in was fast. The room was clean, Air conditioning good, although a little loud. The bed was comfortable. The room had hangars, minibar (refrigerator).

I’ve stayed at Rambuttri and it’s convenient hotel when it’s your first time in Bangkok since it’s close to many highlights. I’m not a fan of the kind of tourism around the hotel, but if that’s your thing, the hotel is nice.

United KingdomAir con unit was really old and manual to adjust it. No real difference when adjusted - just really cold and loud The bathroom had a window with mesh to let out the steam. This didn't lead to much privacy ref noise if you catch my drift :) Pointless having the tv unless you are thai. Breakfast really expensive (buffet ) but plenty of options nearby less than half the price. Lots of work going on at the minute meaning noise of drilling through the day - 10am to 8pm
Location is great. Near the action but not so near you cant sleep if needed. Nice pool area. Staff really pleasant. Rooms basic but comfortable

South KoreaIt seems like the no smoking in rooms is voluntary. I complained twice about the people next door smoking cigarettes and weed. It stunk in the hallway and woke me up when they came in at five in the morning after a night out. The staff didn’t seem to actually do anything about my complaints.
Second pool was open for the first time in years. It was very nice and quiet before noon.

United KingdomLocation was great, had the hustle and bustle of Kao San Road but the Rambuttri corner was quieter and a really lovely atmosphere. We travelled in off (rainy) season so can imagine it gets more busy. Bus from the airport dropped us off 1 min walk away which was very convenient. Breakfast good. Room and facilities weren't luxurious but no major complaints and good for the value.

IsraelThe room smelled from cigarettes And the staff at the reception were incredibly rude and unpleasant when I went to ask about late checkout The lady told me that as long as I checkout before 13:00 I don’t need to pay extra yet demanded that I checkout at 12:30, when I tried to explain that I need to leave for the airport at 13:15 and if I could checkout at 12:55 she started yelling at me (mind I say I didn’t raise my voice for a second and with the way I look I don’t have the ability to look actually mad or intimidating) and only when I told her that I really don’t appreciate her yelling at me and that this is no way to treat a customer she said okay I think only because she wanted me to leave.. my advice is if you need something from the reception just keep a smile on and don’t let them fool you..
Great location at a lively yet not noisy street just a few minutes from the center. Very comfortable room for solo travelers.
