Mattress (too soft) and bed frame (too noisy) were old and they could be change. Decoration of the bedroom is a bit outdated.

Our Bedroom was spacious. Bathroom is very nice and clean. 15 min walk to the train station (that's mainly this reason why we choose this place). We enjoyed the swimming pool.

There are new parts of the hotel and older parts. If you are getting a cheap rate, its probably in the older part - which is quite shabby. Room size is good, bathroom ok, bed a bit hard. but it just needs updating. Location is going to cost 5 euro each way to town - not a big deal, always a red taxi outside... but you can't walk to town really.

This is a nice place, friendly staff - walking distance from the train station. Two pools - both good. Breakfast in a lovely room overlooking the pool

- one pool was open, other was closed for maintenance. The one that was open needed a bit of a clean as it did have quite a bit of algae - restaurant advertised was closed the whole time except for breakfast which we were not given an option on. I tried to explain I am veggie to the chef and yet was served a hot dog with some ham & a glass of tap water rather than bottled so we didn’t take up the included breakfast for the following 2 days unfortunately as that was one of the reasons we booked - our room had quite a bit of dust - no minibar as advertised, although we did get 2 glass bottles of water every day but that was all on offer - unfortunately it does seem that Thailand’s tourism is really struggling, but it was disappointing that these things were all falsely advertised but either dysfunctional/out of use upon arrival

- beautiful building & garden seating area - pool area was sunny & lovely handmade wooden furniture - balcony - staff very friendly - inexpensive - lots of surrounding nature, lovely plants & geckos - glass water bottles not plastic

The breakfast was average but I think this was because only 3 rooms occupied....only just reopened and all Thailand tourism is suffering with not enough visitors.

We stated on rooms 116 and 226 The rooms were large and spacious with old world charm.....the facilities great and the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Quiet location with city only 100THB Taxi ride.

Very authentic accommodation. Very relaxing vibe, just outside the city (short taxiride away!) Staff was excellent, so friendly and helpful, we also got to choose out of 2 rooms which was pleasant. Breakfast was good.

Run down property, old and smelly rooms, shower doesn’t work properly, AC noisy, the floor around the swimming pool was slippery when wet ( NOT SAFE)

It is an excellent place with good eating and service, the staff is very serviceminded, lokation is short trip from centre of Chiang mai but the staff is very helpful to find a taxi.i can really recommend this place for you next holiday in chiang mai

Let me just say this is the BEST place to stay when you are in Chiang Mai!!! The rooms and lounging areas were so beautiful.....it really did feel like we were staying in the rainforest! The open air bathtub was amazing, the place was clean, the AC felt so good and the kids played in the pool everyday. The pool temperature was so refreshing too! Our favorite part of our stay there was meeting some of the best hotel staff in the world.......Eddy who made our breakfast experience wonderful, recommending fun things to do and taught us some of the Thai language. Ice who created a beautiful buffet, cut up fruit we bought at the market and was always so kind and Duang also so kind and sweet made the best pancakes, eggs, and fried potatoes ever! JJ and Ung at the front desk who went out of their way to arrange transportation and suggestions of what to do. They even helped me rent a moped and had it delivered to the hotel. One night we ordered McDonald's delivery for the kids but because of the rain McDonald's wasn't able to find a driver. So what did Ung do? She opened the restaurant kitchen and made some pasta, bread and a salad!!!! She is so wonderful! She also took us on a tour of the place and let us choose our room after seeing several different rooms. We all cried during our goodbyes to them!! For the cost, the staff, the food, the ambiance you can't find a better deal!!

The property is only a short ride from the train station and 15 mins by road from the airport . It is nicely secluded and peaceful and the staff will be on hand 24/7 . Excellent value for money and breakfast thrown in

The receptionists need to express kind greetings and welcome guests to the hotel. The hall way of the 2nd floor needs need to be vacuum, it looks like, it haven't been vacuum for years. The curtains need to be clean etc.

During 5 days of our stay, the breakfasts were very good. pool needs cleaning - a lots of sand on the bottom of the pool! Room needs to be cleaned without we asking them to come and clean it for us. The hotel is easy excess to down town.
